“Pricey, but what isn’t these days? Food was good and view is beautiful. Service was also good but waiter seemed oddly unfamiliar with standard polite expressions such as “thank you” and “you’re welcome.”“

“I have been in the restaurant world 40 years owning numerous. I have loved fish n chips forever but could not find anyone who did it right until I found this gem by accident. The first time I was shocked by the amount of fresh cod perfectly fried and the fries and slaw was awesome. I wondered if they were consistent so I went back two weeks later. YES! OMG. Same amount of fish etc and perfect. So I went for lunch and got the fish sandwich.... YES. (so much cod). I went last week to try fresh cooked shrimp.... YES! So, consistency is spot on. “Mid-September lunch at Sandy's before we hoofed it across Long Beach. Friendly and helpful staff served up light and tender whole clams, crispy onion rings and sweet and crispy coconut shrimp. The best way to enjoy a nice, beachy kind of afternoon without the summer crowds. Bring cash. That's the only catch.“

“Inattentive waitress on many levels. Maybe because they didn't tell us until after that they apply an automatic 20% tip onto your bill if party of 6 or more - even if 4 adults and two kids ages 6 and 4 years old. Maybe that's why service was poor as she had a guaranteed tip and didn't have to work for it. deserved 5%.“

“We have been by the terrace a few times and always wanted to try it. Finally we ventured in. But at the hostess stand we were told there were no tables and we didn’t have a reservation. As the hostess was telling us this a man appeared from the bar area and asked if he could help us. We just said we were going to have dinner but were told there were no tables. Well he told the hostess to put us in the alley. I was interested as to what the alley was but I was going there needless to say. It was a nice little table in a narrow part of the rooftop with a beautiful view. We were very happy. Now to the food and the service. The service was fantastic (unfortunately I can’t remember the waiters name) and the food was unbelievable. We both had the Hoisin steak. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you to Michael Gordon for accommodating us. We will definently be back.“

“I visited as a stranger for the first time and it was very refreshing to be around such friendly and polite regulars. Connie was excellent behind the bar and the kitchen staff prepared a feast of a Fish sandwich (off menu) weighing in over 2lbs, tots and fries included. The price for food and fun was also refreshingly reasonable and I had a great early evening.

“This is absolutely our favorite place to eat when visiting Plymouth! The curry noodle soup is so good that I cried a little the first time I had it (I’m being serious)! The chicken satay is amazing too! The prices are very reasonable too!“

“Food is amazing most of the time. I’ve only ordered takeout and have never dined in, but the staff seem to be very friendly.

The wings are my favorite item on their menu, and their sandwiches are also super tasty and delicious. My only complaint is that the one time I ordered a burger it was not cooked how I asked and was pink.

Pricing is kind of high, but you get what you pay for & you can tell they serve good quality food. Id definitely recommend this restaurant!“

“We had a 80th birthday celebration in the private dining room on a busy Saturday night. 71 could not have been better! The food was fantastic for all guests. A lot of the salmon dish and filets were all cooked to perfection. Cynthia the server was knowledgeable and professional. She expertly handled questions regarding allergies and gluten free items. The room was beautiful and we were able to bring in decor and a video slideshow. Highly recommend!!!“
