When you go in, if there is no one behind the counter there is a bell that you can ring to get someone's attention. There isn't a sign or anything. The only reason I even saw it after standing there for a few minutes was because some customers sitting at a table pointed it out to me. I’ve had a consistent issue at this location when ordering mobile. I arrive during the pickup time given by the app, but my order is often not even started yet. On multiple visits I’ve had to stand inside and wait without any acknowledgment or update from staff. On one occasion, the employee was on break and my order wasn’t started until after she returned, with no communication about the delay. The food is great, the women making the sandwiches acted like we did something wrong to her, she clearly was not too happy. Other than the service from the women who clearly didn’t want to serve us, the foods good.
