They bump the best playlists, joke with you, discuss taste preferences, honor allergies, and are actually excited to provide a good dining experience. It's truly a neighborhood gem that I want to gatekeep so badly but will not because everyone deserves this level of stellar dining and the team here deserves to succeed! The food is funky with a heavy focus on fermentation along with honing culinary techniques from around the world without trying to put out “Asian food” or “Latin cuisine” or “fusion”, just their own creations. They make spirits in house (turns out I can like vermouth!) and source wines from places most others restaurants don’t dare to cover. It’s where I bring all my visitors if I can snag a table!“

“We wanted to show our friends another great place to go for a great view, food and service. We had a table by the window, the outline of Boston behind me. Our server was Sara as we requested her because of another incredible visit a few weeks ago. She gave us time as they were running late and did it with a smile. Her presence was noticed by them as she is always so happy, professional and made lunch special. My wife had the Chicken Pot Pie and she said it reminded her of her Grandmother. Our friends had a fish dish and they enjoyed it. I had the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta. It was delicious, absolutely delicious. We had cannoli for dessert and they were delicious as well. We will be back and Sara mentioned the outside deck would be a great spot in the Spring, Summer and Fall.“

“My husband and I went for brunch on Sunday morning. It's a little out of the way for us but I wanted to try the poutine as I'm from Quebec. I haven't found a real poutine here in Massachusetts. This was the best I've had in the U.S. The fries were delicious and the cheese curds were perfect. We also tried the short rib hash which was also delicious. I had a bloody Mary and it was awesome. We'll definitely be returning. Brittany, the bartender, was friendly, funny, and provided great service!“
“We sat at the bar for lunch. Bartender was excellent (I'm sorry I forgot to note her name). Our cocktails were great, beers were nice and cold. My friend ordered the haddock and said it was the freshest fish he has had in a while and he absolutely loved it. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which was also excellent. We both had fries. I enjoyed a wedge salad before our meal came which was also excellent. We had not been here in a little while and our meal and the service reminded us to visit again soon. “We went for lunch there and ordered poke nachos, ahi tuna stack, sliders , truffle fries , orange chicken and Baja fish tacos. Poke nachos and ahi tuna stack were most delicious out of everything we ordered. if you are a fan of raw tuna and avocado, then this is for you. Truffle fries were great as well. The rest of the food was good too. Service was good considering they were very busy on a Sunday. They got us a table right away. Ambiance is lacking, there isn't much in terms of decor, it's very noisy , but we didn't mind because it is a very casual place and the food was tasty.“

“Very cool spot. Especially if you can get a seat outside! Or if you are using the driving range. I've been here many times over the years for both private functions and regular dining. Every time I've had a great time and the food has been consistently decent... On my most recent visit, I came here for dinner with friends. We started with the nachos, which were much better than expected! The chips were smothered in an ample amount of delicious toppings and a cheese sauce (not just plain shredded cheese) but were somehow not soggy at all. Everyone at the table raved about how good they were! For my entree, I ordered the baked haddock and let me tell you, this is one of the BEST baked haddocks on the South Shore (and I've had a lot of them!). The fish tastes fresh (not frozen) and the buttered breadcrumb topping is delightful. The broccoli that came with it was also delicious and cooked perfectly, however the rice was surprisingly bad - I thought it had a terrible flavor! Even still, I would order this dish again for the haddock alone, I thought it was that good! Would definitely recommend checking this place out, especially outside in the warm weather :)“
