“Harrow's chicken pot pies are top tier. The pies are filled with large chunks of tender chicken and you can opt for one with or without veggies. The crust on these pies make them even more delicious. Harrow's offers sides to go along with these delectable pies such as cranberry sauce, rolls, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. My personal favorite is the cornbread. There's nothing better than a nice hot chicken pot pie on a cool evening. I highly recommend Harrow's and look forward to my future pies!“

“Everything from Bagel World is exceptional. The bagels are always fresh and warm. Plenty of selection, tons of different cream cheeses.

The menu while simple, is expected for a bagel shop. Breakfast sandwhiches are good. I haven’t explored second half of the menu, but I’m sure it’s good.

The only thing lacking is a sitting space that isn’t taken up but the same regulars who have a shouting match over each other while trying to converse in a large group. It’s fun though.“

The Palestinian bread and the flatbread with the green topping (forget what it's called) is a family favorite. We adore these; the flatbreads are a great quick lunch. Colette Bakery in Melrose has some of the best pastries around! I’m a sucker for chocolate croissants, and the Cho-colette croissant at Colette is so delicious (pro tip, take the croissant home and toss in the air fryer to warm the pastry!)

“Such a gem in the neighborhood! Whenever I’m in Arlington I make sure to come to Quebrada. They have great coffee in generous sizes, excellent breakfast options (ham and cheese croissants, breakfast sandwiches), and yummy baked goods. They had the cutest sugar-decorated shortbread cookies this week! The space itself is pretty small, not a lot of seating, but some nice window spots if you can get them. The staff are so friendly and helpful!“

“I love When Pigs Fly bread! My favs are the Oat and Honey, 6 Grain and Pumpkin Seed, and basically any of the sweet breads! The English Muffin loaf is good too.

The staff are all super kind and helpful. I saw some negative reviews on here that find fault with the service, and to them I say: hello? Are you okay? If you can’t get through a bread order (which should be a simple, short interaction I’d say??) without beefing with a staff member, I invite you to consider that *you* might be the problem. :)“

Please stop using the heavily dyed sugar Crystal sprinkles on top of the sugar cookies. Not because I’m anti dye or anything; it’s because it stains really badly. And the stain lasts forever on my lips. I’ve essentially had to take a Brillo pad to my lips so I don’t walk out of the house looking like I’m wearing green lipstick!! Don’t get me wrong I love the crunch of the sugar crystals on top- I just wish there was a clear non dyed option so I can enjoy these cookies without looking funny afterwards lol.“
