We lived in Southern Arizona for 17 years. The Fiesta restaurant in Somerset serves meals equal the the best of the very best in South Tucson. I plan to visit my friends again this Fall. She opened up right away as if we were long lost friends, She was friendly, cheerful and attentive, She even sang a few verses of a Beatles song. She assure she got the order correctly to our liking to our order and was pleasant to please and accommodate our needs. If unfamiliar with a menu she quickly excuse herself to inquire with her shift boss. Who was just as pleasant and knowledgeable to what Eva ? that may have riser. Needles to say to find I had points and a member to top it off I got a sundae of one scoop to find 2 scoops and the cost would be 2$ and 5$ off the bill to our surprise. I have frequented this location a large number of times and I want to make you aware of the amazing manager you have at this location. I witnessed her praise her staff and kept them completely calm during a very fast, peak time of the evening. With every burger that came out. Every cup handed to her. It was absolutely unbelievable how important she made each and every staff member feel. The smiles on their faces told a story. I am almost 50 years old and I have frequented many establishments over the years. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life and I know how it is to be an employee and be praised for your hard work. Sometimes it means a lot more than the paycheck they receive. Sometimes it if you could please give “Alex” the praise she deserves. I would greatly appreciate it. Managers should all take advice from Alex’s handbook on being a manager.
