“We were especially please with the halibut last night. While the price point is a bit steep, the fish was fresh and delicious and the accompanying white beans, brown butter sauce and spinach were also delectable. I prefer the mushroom toast with the black garlic aioli and the broccoli rabe was a bit oily for my taste but, all in all, an excellent meal. I definitely miss Chef Andrew & his creativity but I remain pleased with the waitstaff and I adore Claire.“

“I was dejected from having the displeasure of a quite frankly awful experience at a putrid spanish restaurant down the street. I had decided to come here in a pinch to satiate my growing hunger, and it did not disappoint.The waiter was helpful and nice, and the environment was quite lovely. I was seated in a booth with my group, and I ordered the New york Bianca with Italian sausage and hot honey. The pizza was absolutely delicious and I couldn't recommend more. The other pizzas looked great as well.I can not speak on the appetizers as we did not order any. However, they looked good too.5/5“
“This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food and service are fantastic. Dan, John & Tony bring it every time - they are the A-Team! Last night we tried the “Meaty” Mushrooms and it was excellent! Mixed Fat Moon mushrooms, miso-roasted gilfeather turnips, herb-butter pan sauce, parsnip puree, crispy onion. I am a lover of wild mushrooms, and this dish is one of the best I’ve had. I love how they use farm fresh foods and change up their menu accordingly.“
“Jinny’s has been our favorite pizza since they opened. Everything is amazing from the pizzas to the appetizers and the service is 10/10. The pepperoni pizza and caesar salad are a must! The ‘mike’s hot honey’ is great added on to the pizza. Don’t forget to add a buttermilk ranch dippin’ sauce for the crust.We do both dine in and take out. Seating is pretty limited so plan ahead. No reservations. Worth the wait! They move quick too.“

“One of the most authentic Italian restaurants I have EVER been to in the USA. My wife is from italy and she was stunned. The food is superb.Most notably all of the pasta was super fresh and house made with that indescribable springiness of fresh pasta. YUM!We had:- the fried appetizer plate- A meaty pizza- papardelle with meat sauce- pasta with broccoli and sausage- minestrone.- Lemon sorbet- Profiterole- Glass of montepulciano de Abruzzo.Everything was totally delicious. “I recently learned that this place opened in Boston, Ma 7 months ago. When I go to or drive through New York City I always have to stop at a Joe's Pizza... usually the one on Fulton St. I live in Fall River so that's a 3 hour ride. They've got some of the best NY style pizza in my opinion. The toppings are simple yet delicious and the crust is crispy and light and just perfectly cooked. You can order by the slice or order a whole big pie. This new location in Boston definitely did not disappoint, the employees were pleasant, patient and helpful to all of the people walking in, some you could tell it was their first time. The pizza tasted just like the Joe's in NY and it's 2 hours closer. I was told that they are looking to open another location in Ma. I hope they open many more across the state... it would be nice to have a Joe's close to home.“

This is the kind of spot you could easily spend hours in and not even realize. We started with an eggplant dish that blew us away: crispy, with mint and labneh. For our mains, my fiancé ordered a tarte flambée pizza and I had the chicken kebab, both from the daily specials list. The chicken was succulent and the pizza had just the right balance of ingredients. Enjoy your perch at the bar, take it all in, and let the welcoming staff be your guides. “We had a blast trying candle pin bowling for the first time! Such a cute and friendly establishment. Alexander and Jim were great hosts and very helpful as it was our first time. Our waitress was very kind too. Yummy flatbread pizza and drinks. The bowling is fun, fast paced, and so unique. You learn self scoring and they provide the scoring sheets & pencils. You can get food and drink delivered to your bowling area. I highly encourage reservations but they are also flexible with walk in if you arrive early enough! Would totally go back and definitely recommend for some different and fun.“

“Finally got around to trying their bar pies, considering their high reviews I was a little disappointed. I ordered "well done" which they called "crispy" but the crust wasn't that crispy. That is my only critique, besides that I love how it's a corner shop and they just crank our bar pies, you can tell they are passionate about what they do.Will def give them a try again, I wonder if mine weren't crispy / well done because I was one of the first few pizzas that were made right when they opened.“

“I ordered the Aloha pizza (super crispy bacon and a pineapple slice per pizza slice). I thought the pizza would be a bit spicy because it says "hot honey" but jt wasn't spicy at all. The pizza was very sweet from the honey and pineapple but I like it. “Life is short..F...it up!! Friends, Flavor, Friendsit was a nice Sunday afternoon. Thought I’d go into Boston and visit this pizza place which is ranked 100 places to eat from Yelp. Nestled in the lower basement area on Newbury Street. You find quaint little pizza spot. They have New York style pizza. They make the sauce and dough fresh every day the dough, sometimes even aged two days. I got the pepperoni and the veggie slice. Although they use the same sauce the way that they managed to cook the pizza two great experiences. The pepperoni Gave you the salty and savory along with the light and crispy thin crust pizza that you would always expect. The veggie gave you a sweet taste. except that you also the sweetness of the vegetable mix with the sauce. Be able to create this is very difficult, or at least I think so. They used to finest ingredients and fresh as well. Kudos to Maggie who is one of the owners and showed great enthusiasm when I asked her simple questions about how she preps her day and makes the pizza for the masses they are walking down Newbury Street. “As pizza lovers, we have high expectations. As new residents of Charlestown, we're on a mission to find great pizza here in Boston. Locale delivered the goods. The pizzas (Margherita and Rocco) were superb. Tender, crispy crust with just the right amount of char. Really good tomatoes and quality ingredients. Locale is right up there with our other favorites at the moment (Brewer's Fork and Prairie Fire). Will definitely be visiting again!“

The Chicken Milanese was perfectly cooked and one of the best I’ve ever eaten outside of Italy. The accompanying arugula salad with cannellini beans was the perfect side.Every meal my friends and I had (i.e. Chicken Milanese, roasted chicken, risotto; small plates of the meatballs, fried seafood, and roasted beets) was delicious, and were not easily pleased. The only suggestion I would make is that the roasted beets dish was a particularly small portion, but I won’t quibble.I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how professional the waitstaff were. The first time we went, our waitress (whose name I can’t recall) was always available when we needed her, and was not intrusive at all. The other waiter, Brendan, was very affable and attentive, but in no way bothersome.This place is a winner! I hope it remains that way.“

I had the the Pistachio Croissant, and it was absolutely unreal. For drinks, they offer 3-4 coffee bean types of differing tastes and smoothness for all types of coffee beverages. She was a delight though there was some confusion on our drink order and it took a long while to arrive (after our apps). Food was all very good, but my beer was in a water glass and not a full 16oz pour which for the price wasn't great. I was tempted to order the same things I got for a takeout order because they were great, but I was glad I tried new items. Now I know to try other things when I go back or order online.The seating area was spacious and not jam packed with tables. I don't recall if there were any stairs to get in but the inside was pretty flat and it seemed like a wheelchair would have no problem once it was inside. “The Restaurant Week Lunch menu was superlative. It was light enough for lunch and flavorful. The shaved Ham Crostino with melon and the Classic Caesar made great appetizers. The Whole Wheat Bucatini was a generous portion and the chicken/peas/ with herb pesto was satisfying. But the dessert, Torta Caprese stole the show. The flourless chocolate cake with hazelnuts was so good.“
“The food here is great! I preferred the whole pizza over the pizza cupcakes, but they are nice if you just want to try a new flavor of pizza. The staff is friendly, and service is quick even though they get pretty busy at times. So far, I haven't had anything I didn't like. The garlic parm chicken fingers or wings are my go to. “I am such a picky eater. I have gone to the same place for years and ordered the same exact thing every timeI always refused to try other places, but I decided to be adventurous and try this place. They have the best lemon pepper chicken. Bacon cheeseburgers, steak combo subs. They deserve awards for their food ! Freshly made to your needs and wants. And they are very fast on delivery. I have never waited more then 30 minutes for the whole process of ordering online , and delivered to my door. Today I got my delivery and at the bottom of the brown bag, there were red wrapped Reese cups and Hersey kisses , for tomorrow being valentines day! They are so thoughtful and kind! “Pulled up to Bardo's while visiting the area recently n craving a bar pie because sometimes you want something familiar to hit just a lil different.Im happy to report that I was not disappointed....all ordering is done online which is a lil meh but lets get back to the main event here....This Pizza!! Went w the "Social Climber" which has the famed lombardo's sausage, red onions, n mama lil's pickled spicy pepps...This pie looked almost better than it ate!! And boy did it eat....someone on here mentioned voodoo dust and I am inclined to concur theres some magical mind controlling nano particles spread all throughout this delectable round as one bite instantly transports you onto the back of that doge coin rocket orbiting near Uranus or something.The crust is light and crisp and pillowy w just a bit more thicc to her hips than most other chicks...this is one you take home to mama after treating her to a 3 course meal.Everything on this pie was on point and from the sausage to the peppers to the sauce n cheese. “I was waiting my bus at Roxbury Crossing and I had a 12 mins waiting time, I ordered 16 pieces Parm Bites which is easy order, bus was almost arriving and she made it my order 10 seconds before bus arrives( because I told her bus is almost here) thank you so much for the team and especially the young lady working hard at night making sure people are having food..
