“Although I do recommend their food, i have a complaint that needs to be addressed by management sooner rather than later: Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio’s – Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio’s in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn’t have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn’t show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I’ve now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won’t cover another pair this year. I’m simply asking Antonio’s to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great—it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I’ll know they made an effort. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action.“

“We live up the street and just order here for the first time and the food was absolutely delicious. Anyone who works in food service can tell the signs of a clean kitchen and this place has it. We ordered two subs (grilled chicken and a chicken salad) both were made fresh and exactly to order. We also ordered a fried appetizer (broccoli cheese). The grilled chicken was cooked on a clean surface, there was no burnt up chunks of other people's food in the sub. The friend app was cooked in clean oil which was obvious by the color. That last pizza place we ordered from in the area could not say the same. Eat here, the price is great and the food is good.“

“Very nice people running it. got veggies pizza and meat lovers pizza. Both were loaded and tasted awesome. Unlike most places that give you a couple pieces of pepperoni or veggies so small you cant see them. Was loaded with veggies and meats, so good. Got the baklava too and it was superb. very pleasantly surprised. Made me wish I lived in the hood. Will stop here whenever I can. Try it, it's great!“

“Was fantastic! There are a ton of local pizza places and I tried this one on a whim and it might be my new favorite! I got the bacon cheddar pizza and it was fantastic the entire way through, but the two standout parts for me were the bread and bacon! The bacon didn't come in chunks, it came in entire slices, and was so delightfully crispy! And the bread, I loved the crust. It fought you a little bit in the best way a pizza crust should- not at all undercooked, just nice, dense, firm and tasty! Also, my friend got a sausage pizza and instead of the usual sausage chunks you'd get are absent- they use actual chopped slices of sausage! And the delivery guy was so nice, he seemed to be in a great mood and was so friendly! Will definitely be buying from here again really soon!“

“Stopped here with my son and his friend on the way to camp. I ordered a steak and cheese and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much…Just something to fill up on for lunch. \n\nI can’t tell you how absolutely blown away I was. “We tried Orbit when we first moved to Holden. It's a little hole-in-the-wall place so we weren't sure how the pizza would be (we measure a place by the pizza). It was late one night and we were starving. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. There is something about the flavor of the cheese and the consistency of the crust. It's absolutely delicious. Our family's favorite spot. We've tried more than the pizza and there is just something about the food that makes everything taste that much more delicious!

The restaurant is family-owned. The owner is the sweetest man, he is so friendly and always greets us when we come in. He always takes the time to stay and talk with us when we come in. Good food.for cheap, and it always comes with a smile, joke, laugh or story. We are customers for life!“

“These guys have been our go to house pizza place for years. They are courteous, on time when delivering, and quick to fix the food when you pick up. Can't speak highly enough about them.

“They are similar to many family owned (not crappy chains) pizza places I've been to. When it's fresh, it's fantastic. When they pack the sandwich or salad you feel so fortunate because money is tight now for many of us. The people that answer the phone and deliver are friendly. Stella (owner) and her husband can be a little hard to understand (not their fault) but they are both very pleasant. The prices are FAIR and so this allows me to actually order more than once a month. My grinder was excellent and fresh. The pizza is very hot, cheesy goodness and cooked perfect. I love this place. Please support them. They provide yummy food at a fair cost.“

“First time eating here. We had pizza and it was delicious. Crispy bottom and crust, delicious sauce, great amount of pepperoni and the extra cheese was just right ( browned a little) The little guy ( 5yrs old) was so happy that the crust was “ crunchy/crispy” and not rubbery or hard, that he ate all the crust from his 3 slices of pizza. Definitely a go to when I am in the area. It’s a must try for everything.“

“What a local gem! Everything tasted fresh and delicious! The cheesy bread delivered savory flavorful cheese. It was ridiculously good. The garlic knots tasted homemade, light and fluffy. The sauce for the eggplant parm and meat lasagna was clearly homemade and also very flavorful. Huge portions too! The parm and lasagna each came with a side salad and 2 large garlic knots. Crispy tasty poppers too. This was our first time getting takeout here and certainly won’t be our last. Also, everyone was so friendly and kind.“

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian friendly. Vegan cheese is available although it's not really advertised, but I love to get a quick vegan pizza there. I believe they have added the vegan pizza options to online ordering now though which is great.

“It was a cringe event as I watched someone preparing the food, wiping her nose with a tissue that she kept in her hand. Then she proceeded after just wiping my nose, making sense sandwich for a patron. She touched everything with the hands that she had wiped her nose repeatedly I gave my sandwiches away because it was 1:55 PM and I don’t know how much of the food she had touched with the napkin still in her hands wiping down spaces“

“Last night my son ordered a three topping pizza and an order of Bbq wings via the Dominos app on his phone. When the order arrived, it still needed to be paid for so I answered the door give cash to the driver. When I saw the total I was surprised at how much it was. For two items, it came to $35. Seemed steep to me. I questioned the charges and the driver, Henry, said instead of me paying cash, he would go back to the restaurant and see if there were any coupons or promos that would apply to the order. I gave him my phone number and within ten minutes he called to offer me a discount. I was surprised and grateful for the extra effort he offered to me. I wasn’t even able to tip him once he ran my credit card over the phone and he told me “it’s okay, don’t worry about it.” I plan to stop by the location to give him a cash tip and thank him in person for his excellent customer service and consideration. I hope he’s always the driver that comes when my son orders from that location.“

“So I ordered Falafel, Nan and a drink. I received 6 Pieces of greasy fried chicken wings. I called to explain the error and was told there was nothing they could do because it was ordered through a third party. I used the ordering from their site. Ends up they use a second party website, who uses doordash (a third party). I had no recourse with doordash as it wasn't ordered on my account. Waiting on the third party to respond. Thanks for the hassle Fantastic Pizza.
Beware if there is an issue with the delivery. THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT.
Update: I was contacted by the owner of Fantastic Pizza on the same evening, He apologized for the hassle and corrected the issue. I am updating my review to reflect what I believe is a genuine response and concern for their customers.“

“Okay, so our normal pizza place was closed, and we came here spur-of-the-moment and it was DELICIOUS!!! We got 2 pizzas, some apps, and I got a sandwich. Everything was perfectly cooked and the French fries were awesome- not soggy and not too crispy either! I did a take out order, so no comments on atmosphere other than it was quiet, smelled yummy and all the tables were quite clean!“
