“Although I do recommend their food, i have a complaint that needs to be addressed by management sooner rather than later: Lost Prescription Glasses at Antonio’s – Seeking Help On Saturday, February 8, I dined at Antonio’s in Worcester and accidentally left my prescription glasses on the table. The next day, I called the restaurant, and a staff member confirmed they had found them and would set them aside for me. However, when I went to pick them up on Monday, my glasses were nowhere to be found. I asked the staff to check the security cameras, but I was told they didn’t have time, and later, another employee said the cameras wouldn’t show the seating area. I find it concerning that my glasses were supposedly found on Sunday but had disappeared by Monday. I’ve now been without my new prescription glasses for three days, and replacing them will be a costly expense since my insurance won’t cover another pair this year. I’m simply asking Antonio’s to review the camera footage to determine what happened. If they find my glasses, great—it will save me a lot of money. If not, at least I’ll know they made an effort. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I’m very disappointed by their lack of interest in helping me. I hope they reconsider and take action.“

Unlike most places that give you a couple pieces of pepperoni or veggies so small you cant see them. Was loaded with veggies and meats, so good. Got the baklava too and it was superb. very pleasantly surprised. Made me wish I lived in the hood. Will stop here whenever I can. Try it, it's great!“

He explained to us the ingredients and how he care about customers and let me tell you, it shows. “I stopped for lunch and ordered a BLT in a Syrian pocket...bacon, lettuce, tomato. I asked for double bacon done crispy and cucumbers. They did not disappoint! The pocket was stuffed with shredded lettuce, tomato chunks, slices of cucumber and tons of crispy bacon just like I asked for. It was very good!“

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to a place we all know and love… Dean Park Pizza!! 🍕 I had ordered pizza from another shop in town for my son’s birthday party at school today because they had the option for delivery. When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! “We tried Nani’s Pizza for dinner tonight and were pleasantly surprised, the red sauce was delicious! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni pizza that had lots of flavor and was reasonably priced. We also tried a large steak bomb sub holding the peppers due to a food allergy adoing extra mushrooms. There were no surprise peppers and no need to try to find the mushrooms! We are happy customers and Nani’s will be our new go to for a pizza or a sub in Clinton, MA! The items we tried were excellent as was the value. Our first and surely not our last visit! Crispy bottom and crust, delicious sauce, great amount of pepperoni and the extra cheese was just right ( browned a little) The little guy ( 5yrs old) was so happy that the crust was “ crunchy/crispy” and not rubbery or hard, that he ate all the crust from his 3 slices of pizza. “I have been dying for a toasted Italian just like Jason used to make 50 years ago. I called and ordered one and asked for it just like that and that's what I got. I couldn't believe how great it was, the aroma when I opened it, the oregano, oil and vinegar where the right balance just as I remember. “Fast, good, and reasonable prices. Nice fresh veggies on the sandwiches and in the salads. Pizza is good, standard, greek-type New England pies with a good amount of toppings and a nice sauce. A large sub, a large pizza, some chicken wings or tenders, a salad, and an app is enough food for a 6-8 person group and arrives in under 20 minutes for about $45 - you can't get that from Domino's.“

I haven't been here since June and now know why I missed it. Amy (at the bar) greeted me as I walked in, some of the other staff said hello and my favorite waitress-Maddy welcomed me back.
