“Anything I've had from here has always been phenomenal! I've had pizza in the past and today I tried a steak and cheese sub and it was easily one of the best I've ever had, truly. They were kind enough to even throw in a small fry and the fries were perfectly crispy and delicious. They never miss the mark and the staff are always so attentive and kind. “We were a group of 8 adults. The calamari appetizer was very good, and the mozzarella was also delicious. Unfortunately, the seafood pasta was not good. The pasta was overcooked, and the sauce looked very pale and didn’t have much flavor.
They only had sparkling water in a large bottle, which was too much for just one person. Our total bill was around $280 for all 8 of us.
Our server, Enrique, was very polite and took great care of us, even though we stayed for about 3 hours. Great service from him!“

“I'll start by saying that I've always loved the quality of food from Prime, especially the chicken fingers and beefs. Tonight however was pretty disappointing. We ordered a large pizza and some fingers, but when we opened the box all of the cheese and toppings were completely off the pizza, slid into the back of the box. Now, understanding that it's likely that it happened during delivery we called and asked for a new pizza and said we will give them back the disaster of grease and cheese we recieved. While we did get a new pie, which was DELICIOUS and how it normally comes, the delivery driver was extremely rude when he delivered it. He refused to take the food back, stating "I dont know what to tell you but I'm not taking it." Completely discourages me from ordering again, unless of course we skip the courtesy of delivery and pick it up ourselves.“

Whenever I come in early, the guy working is absolutely awesome. He is polite, fast, and handles the morning rush with a great attitude that you don't see very often these days. It makes a huge difference when you are greeted by someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. The cafe is always clean, the food is fresh, and his outstanding customer service makes it my favorite spot for breakfast. Highly recommend stopping by in the morning“
