“I was waited on by a young lady that had a beautiful tattoo on her neck, she was very nice and smiling as she fixed my coffee the way I liked it. After I got my coffee she told me to be careful as it was very hot. I had cream and sugar put in my coffee and she offered me some packets of sugar in case I needed more. I wish every Dunkin Donuts and people in general was as nice as she was. Thank you so much. Sincerely Randall.E.Booth“
“So this is what happens when we get Americans working there that no, what they are doing. And you don't have to repeat the order 4 or 5 times and get treated. Like an American.
Let's face it All these foreign people don't know how to make coffee. Dunkin' Donuts has a bad reputation for its watered down coffee. It's almost as if they're upset because they have to work there.
Sick and tired of it.
So this place last time I was there finally Somebody that spoke good english, I knew what they were doing“
“I come here at least six days out of the week and honestly, they do a great job with the coffee. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s in Worcester and had to throw the coffee out and come to the Maple Avenue Dunkin’ Donuts to get my coffee. There is a few different people there that always remember my coffee and bagel order. Everybody there is always very friendly. They have gone out of their way many times for me and I appreciate them all.XLhot+2 stevia?“
“Great place for a good ol cup o joe. I won't say my coffee preference because I'm sure I'll be devoured, but Dunkin always provide the same levels for me. The atmosphere is a bit lacking since it's right on the Boston Turnpike, but otherwise it's a nice spot to sit and drink coffee. I'll be sure to grab some recent pics next time I'm there ;)“
“Had an amazing experience with employee Alma. She went above and beyond expectations. While having a great conversation with her, she was still working hard and never missed a beat. This employee either deserves a raise or to be a manager. She is definitely qualified for the position.“
