“I stopped in for a warm place to wait for my son’s appointment, and what a treat! It’s 715am and snowy, but Panera is open, warm and friendly. I got a small coffee and cherry pastry and a toasty seat by the fire. The whole place was clean and bright, the staff friendly and ready, despite the early hour and the storm. This was so unexpected and so appreciated. Thank you!“

“I love this place I think this is the best Mexican food in all of Worcester believe it or not. I come here a couple times a week the burritos are delicious with the chicken and grilled steak combo. The staff of some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Try this place if you like quick Mexican food it puts Chipotle to shame it's not even close.“

The Haitian patties are made with love and the rice and beans is so flavorful. I also enjoyed the fried pork and goat plates. “My Chinese friend recommened this place when I asked her about Authentic Szechuan/Chinese restaurants in central MA. I was told that the best bet is driving to Boston Chinatown or Red Pepper in Worcester. So, my husband and I went this place as soon as it opened for lunch. I heard staff talking in Chinese and I saw Chinese-speaking Asian customers come in. At least for me, that's how I know the place is serving authentic Chinese dishes.
I honestly think this is the best authentic Szechuan restaurant you can find in Worcester area. Ordered Dan Dan noodle, Szechuan beef stir fry (name?) and Ma La Xiang Guo without changing spicy level. Yes the dishes just taste like what I had in Chinatown in Boston, Philly, and NYC.
Hot tea and rice (we ordered chefs special) were complimentary. Lunch special seems affordable enough as eating out is not as cheap as it used to be. The restaurant has typical American Chinese menu for those not interested in trying new dishes. We will be here again for sure.“

“I always get food from here and coffees. From my favorites; souffles, chicken Frontega, salads, caramelized latte and my new FAVORITE - Their Hot Chai latte!!!! So goooddd! Can't beat their Chai latte (or lattes in general).

The staff are also nice, I don't know the gentleman's name but he's always at the front (taking orders and checking out). He's patient and very nice.“

“We had a birthday party with 20 guests. They set us up in the back room mostly private. We had 2 waitresses and they moved quickly to get everyone's drink orders. Once the guest arrived they coordinated everyone's orders on separate checks. The food was excellent and everyone had plenty of it. We were allowed to bring in cupcakes and balloons. The staff also brought over desert for the birthday person and sang to her. The staff also helped everyone with paying the individual bills on the device. Very attentive staff. 1 mistake with a dessert order which was fixed immediately at no cost. Good food, good service and our waitresses weere great“

“I enjoy led a wonderful tour of Italy that includes lasgna, pasta alfredo,and chicken Parm. My wife had eggplant Parm which she raved anout the crispy edges and well cooked center. We also did 2 $6 to go meals we enjoy later. Pasta alfredo and 3 cheese pasta. Yum“

Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“I have been a regular at Millbury Panera Bread for many years and always was very impressed with the service, in particular Amanda Mills. She has been an outstanding attribute to Panera bread and we, as customers absolutely loved her, she was so accommodating and friendly to all. However, unfortunately, she has been mistreated by the management and was put in a position in which she was forced to quit due to a challenging situation. I would hope all employees, especially outstanding would be treated with the respect they are due to in the future~ Thank you!“
