“One Eleven is probably my favorite restaurant in Worcester; they provide an exceptional dining experience every time I go.
Food is always excellent, including steaks cooked perfectly...best filet I've ever had, and the creme brûlée is to die for. The staff is amazing as well; you typically have two servers working together, which makes for a smooth, personalized dining experience.“

“I had a horrible experience tonight at Longhorn’s steak house. I spoke to manager a few weeks to a month ago I let her know that the desert that I love so much the strawberry shortcake was drowned in the strawberry sauce so it was super sweet and not edible that manager who was a female said she was sorry and within a few days she would send me a gift card so I kept looking at my emails coming from Longhorn from my daughter and without realizing it I seen one that came from Longhorn not realizing it was from 2 years ago coming home from work late and being tired and elderly I made the mistake of thinking one of the old gift cards was the new one that should have been sent to me. I place an order and went to Longhorn, it was very crowded and I waited there for over an hour after work the manager that was there 5/9 let me know that she was too busy to be bothered with my problem that actually came from the manager not sending me the promised gift card. A waitress also made a comment to a couple that sat over to the right side that I was a complainer just fussing about something. So I left the restaurant after an hour and a half with a dry mouth no food tired and embarrassed because I was ignored this all happened because a manager said she would send me a gift card and never did. Dry disappointed in the Longhorn and I feel ignored“

“We appreciate the food at Longhorn. However, we have encountered a recurring issue with takeout orders, specifically regarding side dishes. On multiple occasions, when opting for an alternative side instead of a salad, the selected side has been omitted from the order. Following the most recent occurrence, we contacted the establishment and were informed that a manager would be notified and a return call would be initiated. Regrettably, no follow-up communication was received. It is concerning when customer service issues are not adequately addressed, potentially due to the perception that individual concerns are inconsequential amidst high volume. While we continue to enjoy the food, we hope for an improvement in accountability and customer satisfaction. While human error is understandable, repeated errors warrant a review of operational procedures.“

“Don't normally splurge but decided to order the bone in Ribeye. I sure was glad I did because the flavor of the steak was great! They even got it cooked the way I like it which most places screw up. I went to Texas roadhouse the week before and ordered their 12oz ribeye and was very disappointed. The outback has fair prices and the food is way better than I remembered. Will definitely come back.“
