“It’s my second time at Phoever Whatever. I can say it is one of the best pho in Worcester, MA. I love that it has a customizable option for the pho too where you can make your own pho bowl with whatever toppings your prefer. I love pho and Phoever Whatever’s pho tastes so authentic and delicious. The pho broth didn’t need any added condiments and was perfect the way it was already. Let’s just say we’ll definitely be back with all of our family and friends. I highly recommend Phoever Whatever to all the pho lovers out there. If you’ve never had pho, this pho restaurant is the place to go.
One of the waitresses, London, was super attentive during dinner service and she has excellent customer service. We enjoyed our pho so much we order 4 more pho specials to share with our family in Providence and in Fitchburg. During the transportation some of our take out pho unfortunately spilled in our car and she made sure we were taken care of. I appreciate her attention and care for their customers because good service can be hard to find nowadays. Thanks for caring about your customers and making sure we had an excellent experience!“

“My boyfriend Steve and I were surprisingly impressed on our first visit. The Banh mi tasted great! How it should taste like back in the day…lol The crispy flaky bread and soft inside was on point. “Good authentic pho. We also had some really good crab Rangoon. Would also recommend the summer rolls with the peanut sauce. Pho was aromatic and plenty of bean sprouts were provided (i like a lot of them). Very good portion size for the price. Was so good that I got a large serving of the broth to go. Sate was the perfect amount of spicy and flavor and they even sell it by the jar. We will definitely be back!“

“Stopped on my way through to New York and had a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup. Set me right all the way home. Since March I have dreamt, and spoken of this soup often. “Man, Pho Thai absolutely blew me away. From the second I walked in, I could smell that deep, spiced broth doing its thing, clove, star anise, all the good stuff that separates real pho from the weak imitators. I ordered the steak pho, and right away it was clear this place takes the craft seriously. The broth wasn’t just hot water with flavoring; it was alive, layered, rich, and clearly the result of someone who’s been perfecting this recipe for years. The steak was thin and tender, and it cooked perfectly right there in the bowl.

Here’s where things got wild: the fresh chili pepper on the table. I added about a half teaspoon, and it changed the whole dish. It opened up the flavor like flipping a switch, sweet, spicy, aromatic, every bite after that hit differently. It was one of those meals where you slow down just to make it last longer.

We also had the pineapple fried rice, and it was killer. You could tell the pineapple was fresh, not the canned stuff. Juicy, bright, and cut right before cooking. The rice was perfectly cooked, not greasy, and the chicken had that little snap that says “this was cooked right.”

Pho Thai feels both authentic and fresh, no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just great food made with care. The staff was super friendly, and the place has a relaxed, comfortable vibe.

If you think all pho tastes the same, this place will fix that belief fast. Best pho I’ve had in Massachusetts, no contest. I’ll be back for another bowl as soon as I can.“

Now that the bar area is more open, it's much more enjoyable. And the bar staff is nothing short of fantastic.
