I will gladly eat it in the dead of summer, as long as the restaurant’s AC is pumping, and my recent visit to this local gem is making me want to come back again the next time I’m driving by this area.
Large bowl for $19, this massive bowl is worth every single penny. The portion was huge, but it's the quality that truly seals the deal. The broth is liquid gold. It hit that flawless balance with just a very slight hint of sweetness underlying the deeply savory, long-simmered beef base. It was clean and complex; the sip of this broth takes you to heaven. The meat, meatballs, tripe, and tendon were tender and added that authentic bite. The fresh spring rolls were just as good, although it kinda made me half full prior to the bowl; I still managed to eat 75% of the bowl. Yeah, it was that good!
Service was friendly, the restaurant was comfy and clean, and the AC was wonderful. So, even if it’s 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside, you can still enjoy a bowl of pho.“
