“Always a friendly encounter with the staff. They ask what you want,they make it literally right in front of you and you pay and eat. Nice and hot the way it should be. No hassle no waiting. Whenever I'm in East Somerville I stop in no matter what to give them business. I try to help out the local stores. They have been doing things for yrs here and if it ain't broke don't try to fix it. Thank you for always being reliable and consistent. Hard to come by these days.“

“I got the chicken salad sub for lunch today. What I must highlight about this place is they don’t skimp on the meat of the sub. I had so much chicken salad on the grinder I couldn’t even finish it - and it was 💣 I crush the chips and throw it in the grinder for some extra crunch. “I live in Somerville and Gaya is my go-to local pizza spot! My boyfriend and I have tried various types of pizzas and calzones and they have all been delicious (my favorite is the chicken bacon ranch pizza, boyfriend’s is the steak and cheese calzone). We always do order pick up and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. They also have online ordering which is very convenient. Highly recommend Gaya if you’re in the area!“
