La Brasa is a hidden gem that deserves to no longer be hidden. It is truly fine dining at gastropub prices. Their chef has delivered novel and delightful flavors and textures every time we have come. Their wait staff treated us like friends on our first visit and remembered us by our second. It's quickly become our favorite restaurant.
La Brasa is a restaurant that offers a great dining experience, featuring friendly waitstaff, delicious food, and a cozy ambiance. Customers recommend the Blue Burro cocktails and the Salted Cod Croquettes as appetizers. Highlights include the tacos, pork belly, roasted carrots, and the La Brasa Burger, which is half price if enjoyed on Mondays. The restaurant has introduced new dishes like the Iberian pork collar (margote) and a unique Caesar salad with tortilla crumbs and queso fresco. Fried rice and cochinita tacos continue to be favorites among diners, along with the street corn (elotes) and wood-grilled chicken.
