“every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. I am tired of spending money on food that I ultimately end up throwing away because I don't have time in the morning to go back to dunkins to return the garbage they sold me. And no exaggeration I've wasted tons of money on food from them that I don't eat!“

“I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving smoothly without stopping service. Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “I've been wanting to try the donuts here for ages. I'm so glad I finally made it in. They're melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Their honey glazed is like a giant crispy Kreme. The donuts are Super fluffy. This also appears to be a great hang spot for coffee and lottery (as seen by the locals).

I still love my Kanes, but this is a nice SS alternative.

“I absolutely love this place! They have the best donuts and breakfast sandwiches, but aside from that I have never had a bad cup of coffee! I’ve only been coming here a couple times a week for the past two months and this morning I walked in and the girl behind the counter saw me coming and had my coffee made before I even got to the register. “You never know what to expect when a longstanding business changes hands but the new owners have done a great job of maintaining the spirit of Anna's Donuts and even bringing some upgrades - they now take cards, more menu options, etc. I recently stopped in during a heatwave to pick up donuts for the office. The owners were there working away turning out batches of donuts despite a broken AC and hot temps inside. The donuts were a HUGE hit in the office!

Good luck to the new owners and here's to many more years in business! I just hope they get their AC fixed :)“

The egg wasn’t my favorite (tastes microwaved), but the donuts were fantastic, and the consideration was above and beyond (one of the gentleman even brought me napkins without me asking).

“I’ve been stopping in here from time to time for morning coffee on the way to the T for close to two decades now. Delighted to discover they now have soft-serve ice cream and lunch/dinner sandwiches! The donuts are good and huge, and they have lots of flavors of flavored coffee.“

There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.

“This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. The food is always great and I love their coffee. They are always very friendly and efficient at their drive through. Thanks Honey Dew!“

That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. What I fabulous team they have working here.“
