Every visit leaves me in high spirits, haha. While the interior is cozy, the staff are efficient, and I think there's an outdoor ordering window too. When we left, the restaurant had just changed hands and was trying hard to maintain the homey feeling the joint already had .We visited for the first time in two years on a weekday and I'm happy to say the have settled in nicely. “Great little award-winning cafe in South Weymouth with very personable staff. They have many breakfast and lunch sandwiches and a nice seating area in which to eat them. They're probably best known for their Irish soda bread, available all year long, not just St. Patrick's Day. This morning I tried a Finnish pastry that's sort of like a cinnamon roll without the cinnamon. It had a slight lemon nuance, and the dough was soft and light. I liked it because it was sweet, but not cloyingly so. The server recommended heating it in the microwave for 15/20 seconds, then cutting the pastry in half. Yummy--I'd definitely get it again.“

“I've been on such a middle eastern kick (for baklavas in particular), so I was happy to learn that there was a bakery like this in the south shore. This place is located on Hancock Street, with metered parking. The inside is quite spacious. Lots of tables, but you can also grab and go.The worker at the front was very sweet and walked through all of the different pastries. I tried the double pistachio and double walnut baklavas. They were a bit small and pricier compared to other places, but they were very flaky and the perfect amount of chewiness and sweetness. I hope to try them freshly baked one day.“

“I was at the Cafe on Friday 12/29 at 9:30 am (New Year's Weekend). There was only one gal behind the counter. After receiving my order, I sat for an hour or so with my friend to eat and drink. There could have been over 30 customers steadily coming in during that time. The one gal working at the Cafe was calm, patient, efficient, and moved the customers along very quickly. She is a GEM!!!! “This was my first time to Coco Leaf, but I was really impressed by their staff. I had ordered two drinks including a fruit smoothie before meeting up with my friend. Unfortunately, my friend was busy so I had to wait about 30-45 min before meeting up so I decided to sit in the cafe with my drinks and do some work. The staff member saw that I was there for about 10 min without drinking and asked if I needed to refrigerate it in case I was waiting or otherwise the drink would melt and not taste its best. I was grateful for their observation and kindness. Definitely returning to this boba spot and I can see why they are so well-known outside of Boston. :)“

The person working there was friendly.I heated up the doughnut before eating, and it tasted very good. I believe this is a cake doughnut, so the inside was denser. I loved that there was a slight crunchiness. The glaze on the outside was definitely sweet, but the inside was not, so it was a satisfying but not overwhelming dessert. I'll definitely have to swing by at opening to try the doughnuts fresh sometime (I actually love that they open at 4:30 AM because it is so rare to find a place that opens that early. The fact that they close much later than other bakeries/cafes despite being open so early is also pretty amazing).“

The owners are basically your grandparents, except they can cook better than them. (Even if you don't want to admit it.) They are super friendly and won't hesitate to tell you their story. “It's a comforting setting right in the middle of Fields Corner. The cookie I got was delicious. I got an iced mocha for myself and a vanilla maple latte for a loved one. I loved my latte but had to add more simple syrup to it as it's a dark chocolate syrup. Service was great even though it was quite busy. The only thing I wish was different was the prices. It was $7.25 for a large iced mocha which I think is too much and $7.75 for a large iced vanilla maple latte. I think getting lattes from here will be a special occasion thing due to the price, but again, it was delicious.“
“I sat and met with Wally Bradbury from their office. We are moving our office and wanted some options for an employee break area in our New place.. He advised that they are now Eco-friendly with their PODS for the coffee machines which is of great importance to us as we try to reduce our enviromental footprint where ever we can. He also advised that they offer snacks fruit and a wide assortment of options. I was surprised at this level of knowledge,, but more so than that with him. “I had gone here almost two years now and this place is horrible. First the employee soaked my feet and that is cool. However when she cut my toenail she cut into my flesh deep enough it bleed immediately. Then i was going to get up and leave then the machine broke and the filter came off and dead skin from idk how many ppl went through the water and I pulled my feet out quick because my cut she gave me and still knowing health dangers she still tried to calm me and put my feet back into the water. Since that first lifetime pedicure I have had a nasty toe infection and I even seen a podiatrist and this problem still persists so know that I found the actual store because I'm from the Cape I may be looking into a lawsuit.Maybe the lady shouldn't have told me how she love me when putting my feet in that nasty water like that. “So happy to have walked in on a whim! Great experience. We ordered red wine, an espresso martini (best my partners had) and a small pepperoni pizza. We weren't very hungry but ended up finishing the pizza within a few minutes - it was that good! Perfect crust, those nice small, cupped pepperonis were crispy and flavorful and the sauce was so fresh and perfect We actually loved the pizza so much we ordered a large the next day (they offer delivery and pick up via their website). It's a small place, but very cute and cozy - almost no one else in the place when we walked in on a Sunday afternoon (given it was Easter). I guess as of the 17th/18th of this month they are expanding the menu for more dinner options and desert cocktails. Will definitely be back I am excited to return and try the boozy gelato, pastas and pastries“
“The cloud cakes from Tous les Jours are very good. The texture can be inconsistent, but most of the time the inside is very soft and moist. I also like that they are not very sweet, which caters to the typical Asian palate. My family usually gets them for celebrations. We've tried a couple of flavors, and so far the strawberry cloud cake is our favorite. I also like that each cake conveniently comes with a server/knife, candles, and matches.I've also tried a few pastries before, but they were just okay; comparable to Paris Baguette's down the street.So 5/5 for the cakes but 4/5 for the pastries.“

“I stopped by the gas station with my husband to buy a bottle of water and we saw a cafe inside selling Latin food, so we decided to have a little snack there. We were skeptical because of the location but we were surprised the food was delicious! We ordered a horchata(drink), an empanada and a pork pupusa. My husband really liked the empanada and I liked the pupusa but we both agreed that the horchata was too good. The prices are great, the store in general is clean and they are friendly.
