We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.

Max gives great customer service with a smile and always has a great additude. She is the main reason my coworker's and I come to subway on Sundays.
