“We come here often but today , a Saturday during lunch rush, the manager, working by herself, with a line out the door, kept her poise and treated every customer with politeness and patience, greeted every customer who walked in the door with a friendly smile and hello. This young lady is the epitome of professionalism and great work ethic. The owner Kim McCarthy is lucky to have her and hope she appreciates this extremely hard working woman. Outstanding job.“

Not a thinned, watered down shake like other places. They make these real! Fries were very good too! I had the regular and the Cajun fries and they were perfect! Recommend this place if you want an awesome fast food burger!“

“We order your Whopper with cheese, the best! Also order the Original Chicken Sandwich, problem is it’s thrown together poorly. A lame pice of lettuce, doesn’t even cover the chicken, mayo spread weakly. This happens ALL THE TIME. Please fix issue!“

Even if I do custom food orders it's amazing how good they are at actually getting things right I'm number one to that taco bell I never get sick. I don't get heart burn. “I have lived in Easthampton for 17 long years and have watched this town grow from a small town to a vibrant community filled with diversity, art and our proud rich culture. While I haven’t ate Burger King prior to the covid era i remember the atmosphere of the restaurant being a colorful environment with many places to sit and enjoy your lunch like a lone king. One topic is the prices of Burger King, before covid the deals were so unbelievable nobody even believed that the meat was from a real cow. Current prices are so expensive you would think they would be making these burgers with Kobe beef. Even with that being said, i do go to burger king quite often despite the fact of the food quality being on par with other restaurants in the area. So you may be reading this and think to yourself why i spend my hard earned money going to Burger King.

It’s not the food, it’s not the atmosphere, it’s the people. When you pull into the driveway Easthampton Burger King i can be confident i will be treated with respect, dignity and loyalty. I always leave the establishment with a smile on my face knowing i am never judged, looked down upon or deemed as an unequal.

I would like to acknowledge one specific employee, Connor. Connor has been working here for over 2 years if i believe. Connor treats each and every customer with respect and I can tell you this without a doubt in my mind i never have to worry about not getting the wrong food, not getting enough ketchup packets when Connor is on shift. He is kind, and clearly a proud and loyal human being to the Easthampton Community. He is an incredible worker who I, am also in the service industry try my best to replicate in my job. Connor is a role model to all those he serves and works with.

I want to end this short essay by saying, i wish these employees were fairly compensated by Burger King. I know the economy is not as great as it could be but i do know if you could fairly compensate these amazing employees, other workers will be inspired and work towards achieving laborious excellence. More outstanding employees will bring in more business and we would love to see everyone there with a livable wage.“

“The atmosphere and staff were lacking . The tv was off and there was no music. Only one staff person and she had no personality, didn’t even acknowledge the customers as the waited in line. Food was still excellent“

“sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“I like this place; it's a friendly place with people who are very kind and always make you feel good. The only thing is that I personally don't like the peppers that they use and the onion for the Phyllis steak and the chicken. But everything else is ok.“

“I really enjoyed my experience at the Subway Restaurant in Holyoke, MA yesterday. The ingredients were really fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. The prices were very reasonable, too. I think the last the location is very convenient since it's located in the former Kmart Plaza strip mall.
