“Makiin Maynard has quickly become one of our favorite spots for a casual bite. It's mostly Thai with some other yummy Asian dishes thrown into the mix. The staff is very gracious and the food is delicious. The portions are sensible, not too big, so I can actually finish my plate and have room for dessert! Before you come, check the schedule for the music hall next door: tables at Makiin might be full 90 minutes before showtime but availability is fine as soon as the show starts.“

The House Special Fried Rice is absolutely delicious—flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and satisfying. “This place is by far the best I've had in the area. Not only is the food delectable but they also have Exquisite combination options not a lot of Chinese restaurants offer a mixture of delicious foods in one combo platter this is definitely my goal to when Framingham and the surrounded counties“

“Once we were served our food, our waiter disappeared. He never checked in on us, which was a problem because I wanted to order another drink. Nobody came by when it was clear we were done eating and had been sitting with empty serving plates for fifteen minutes. We had to ask another staff member to find our waiter to get our check. The food and setting were great, but that waiter had a bad night.“

“Excellent food, good service, reasonable price. We shared the beef teriyaki (nice!), sesame chicken (yummy!), and chicken and broccoli (delicate flavor!) with rice and salads. It was a lot of food! At 7:30 pm it was not crowded. Fast service.“
