I hope there’s a way to upload pictures, because the pictures are beautiful, but don’t even do it justice. Also, there was no sacrificing taste for artwork. The cake was so moist and delicious. My aunt is a pastor's wife who has spent years going to weddings. She said it was the best cake she's ever tasted in her life. Definitely recommend!“

“I visited Silvana bakery looking for Pastel de nata, and calling ahead to inquire, found out they had it there. Upon entering, I was met with a warm and clean bakery, full of many baked goods that looked amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. And the Pastel de nata was perfect. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning.“

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. “This is an awesome woman and veteran owned business! I met the owner, Sara, at Meriyem's Cafe in Northampton where she is selling the most delicious baklava cookies, orange cardamom cookies with buttercream icing, and chai cupcakes. I'm sure there are more tasty treats, but those are the ones I've seen so far. I've been gluten free and was dairy free as well for a long time so I've tried a lot of "allergen friendly" treats and these will make you feel decadent and those who don't have dietary restrictions will be excited about them too!“

“Hi! The young man working ALONE in the tire center this afternoon (2pm) was amazingly nice today. A complete jerk guy (old cranky man) came in and started yelling at him because he couldn’t fill his propane tank this morning. The kid was changing tires and register was down and he just listened and apologized . A manager came out to deal with the issue. Wasn’t the young mans fault guy couldnt fill tank in the AM. I watched him deal with guy then quietly fill his tank and after all that he placed the full tanks in the mans trunk. It was truly a customer service textbook job. Nice young man, he deserves a bonus!!!“

“We put in a large order that we did not notify the staff of, yet they were very kind about it. They told us what the wait time would be, and they had everything done in a shorter time than that. Also, they let us know a way to get more pretzels for the same price. Also, the pretzels were all delicious.Highly recommended.“

“Super delicious. Being from Guatemala and not living close to my mom, I miss her cooking all the time and the churrasco from here is the closest to her cooking I’ve ever eaten. Everything is cooked fresh and to order. The lady is so sweet and nice and definitely great to talk to. We had the carne torta, pupusas, and the churrasco. All of it was delicious. The prices are super reasonable for the amount of food you get. Would definitely come back to cure my homesickness of my mom’s cooking.“

“Gorgeous shop, and they did take card for just one donut 🍩(other reviewer says they don’t ), but it was a LONG wait for one donut (maybe 15 min, and there were only three people. It wasn’t a long line).

Did not feel like a sustainable way to do a donut business to fry and dress the donuts for each customer on the spot.

They were tasty, but they did come in a tiny wax paper, which meant I couldn’t save it for a friend (which was my intent). The frosting smushed right into the wax paper. A paper bag would be better.
