The bagels were pretty good on the inside, but I almost broke my teeth trying to tear a bite, I think it was overcooked on the outside. It was brown. I think they need to not cook them so long!“

Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. “I visited Silvana bakery looking for Pastel de nata, and calling ahead to inquire, found out they had it there. Upon entering, I was met with a warm and clean bakery, full of many baked goods that looked amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. And the Pastel de nata was perfect. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning.“

“This is an awesome woman and veteran owned business! I met the owner, Sara, at Meriyem's Cafe in Northampton where she is selling the most delicious baklava cookies, orange cardamom cookies with buttercream icing, and chai cupcakes. I'm sure there are more tasty treats, but those are the ones I've seen so far. I've been gluten free and was dairy free as well for a long time so I've tried a lot of "allergen friendly" treats and these will make you feel decadent and those who don't have dietary restrictions will be excited about them too!“

“I first tried Mochi Dough at a mall in Providence, and it blew my mind. So when I saw another Mochi Dough in a mall, I knew I had to try to replicate that experience.

While the donuts were hot, they didn't taste quite as fresh as the ones in Providence. I think the ones in Providence (which took longer to be prepared) were truly made fresh from uncooked batter, while the ones in Natick were perhaps pre-prepared then re-fried before serving.

Regardless, these donuts were still quite good. Just not as good as if they were completely freshly made. It's a high standard to hold them to, but their donuts are more expensive than most other mochi donut places in the Boston area, so I expect more.“

“Super delicious. Being from Guatemala and not living close to my mom, I miss her cooking all the time and the churrasco from here is the closest to her cooking I’ve ever eaten. Everything is cooked fresh and to order. The lady is so sweet and nice and definitely great to talk to. We had the carne torta, pupusas, and the churrasco. All of it was delicious. The prices are super reasonable for the amount of food you get. Would definitely come back to cure my homesickness of my mom’s cooking.“

“Hi! The young man working ALONE in the tire center this afternoon (2pm) was amazingly nice today. A complete jerk guy (old cranky man) came in and started yelling at him because he couldn’t fill his propane tank this morning. The kid was changing tires and register was down and he just listened and apologized . A manager came out to deal with the issue. Wasn’t the young mans fault guy couldnt fill tank in the AM. I watched him deal with guy then quietly fill his tank and after all that he placed the full tanks in the mans trunk. It was truly a customer service textbook job. Nice young man, he deserves a bonus!!!“
