I went to this cafe today and the inside of the place was so clean 🧼 smelled like holiday spice. The customer service was great the owner miss Luisa was so fun and sweet. I got an apple danish and a cinnamon cappuccino ☕️. If you need a place that’s cozy to get some work done on a laptop 💻 or just a quick getaway to feel appreciated please go to cafe palazzo 😊
We are so happy we found this special little place.Luisa and Cel are two very special ladies,so welcoming and remembering us from last year coming from Cape Cod every December to place cemetery boxes on our parents,husband and aunts and uncle’s graves.The food was absolutely delicious, they are truly an asset to Springfield.love these ladies 👍🏻🥰
I love this place!! All of the workers are so sweet. handled a food allergy very well and were honest. great prices and a great environment !
