The GF cranberry muffin is redolent with orange. The bursts of fresh cranberry are a tart surprise. The GF chocolate Bundt cake is tender, fudgy and moist, with just the right amount of vanilla glaze.”

“Stopped in last night with my boyfriend and best friend 5/3/25 for a drink and lucked out with a lovely duo performance! My boyfriend used to come to the Red Lion Inn as a kid and he hadn't been in years. We had to stop in while we were in town and it was a very special moment. The only downside would be we only ordered the nuts and they took 30 minutes to come out. Seemed like our waiter was preoccupied with another table and we couldn't help but take notice. Our waiter, very tall slender looking man, was being disrespectful to a younger couple who was staying at the Inn for a weekend getaway. He was hitting on the girlfriend and openly crossing a boundary. The boyfriend even expressed to the waiter how uncomfortable he was that this is his girlfriend. He was asking the couple how they met and if they were even attracted to each other. It was incredibly uncomfortable and creepy to witness and I was appalled at the servers remarks to the couple. As someone who has been a waitress and a bartender, talking down to customers and hitting on their partner is so unbelievably unprofessional and I would be fired immediately. I am really hoping a consequence can come from this. Really upsetting way to leave such a gorgeous establishment with so many memories. Out of respect for this incredible establishment I gave it a 4 stars but it would've been a 5 otherwise.”

“Visiting our daughter, we came to Cello for dinner…what an amazing choice!! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm smiles of both Kim and Ryan…the inviting smells of delicious food and the cozy atmosphere….from our drinks to the desserts, our experience was so wonderful! Starting with the warm corn bread and soft butter, the sweet and savory ribs, and the perfect stack of onion rings to the delicious homemade pasta dishes - the ramp pesto or the boar ragu——we are still raving about the amazing flavors! There is indoor and outdoor seating, but know that it's a smaller storefront, so good for small groups, couples, and solo trips - when a line forms it gets crowded. Definitely recommend.”

“First, they have some of the best almond croissants in the country. Flaky and just the right amount of filling. Second, the molasses cookies were hard enough to crack a tooth (but thankfully I didn’t). We appreciate and revere the craftsmanship behind their sourdough masterpieces.”

“My review of the Burmese Bowl experience my dad and I had: “My first time having dinner at Burmese Bowl and it was excellent. For starters we had the dumplings and the Burmese wrap. Dumplings were very good not the best I’ve ever had but very tasty, fresh, and light. A good starter for sure. The Burmese wrap was comparable to a veggie sushi and was very good. Definitely good quality and healthy w/ nice flavor. However next time I’d like to try the fried calamari or spring rolls instead of the Burmese wrap. I think that might be more up my alley for appetizers. For the main meal my dad got the coconut chicken noodles and a side of chicken lo mein. I had a sample of both and they were fantastic. The coconut chicken w/ noodles was exquisite and succulent and was very well-balanced between the coconut and curry. A unique dish that you’d wanna order again. I had the Pad See Ew and it’s was the best I’ve ever had. A few others are close but this was right on. The service wasn’t great but it was above average and I have no complaints. Our waitress was busy and she did the best she could. Very knowledgeable and polite. Exceeded my expectations. I will be back for sure and will be sooner than later.” Jason Willey”

“I ordered the fried shrimp dinner. It was delicious along with the baked potato & coleslaw. Everything tasted fresh. I give them a thumbs up too because the accepted us for dinner at 7:35 & they were going to be closing by 8 (Sundays they close at 8). For being on their almost closing time, the service was great! If I come back up this way, I would definitely eat there again!”

“Amazing food, atmosphere and staff! went last two Mondays for the pizza & live music and it was a great experience. The staff are top notch and coordinate well together keeping things running smoothly. I think this is hands down the best pizza in the Berkshires, and I highly recommend it.”

“Best cake donut I've ever had. I love the "top-to-order" approach-- super cool to watch and ensures you are having super fresh donuts. Their weekend raised donuts were also amazing-- love the variety of flavors and the display made it hard to choose--they all looked so delicious! As a pastry chef, I do a lot of "research" into bakeries, patisseries and donut shops; this is one I'll be sure to stop by any time I am in the Berkshires. Thank you!!!”

“Joe’s Diner is hands down the best spot for breakfast in The Berkshires. Awesome prices and the quality of the food is unbeatable. Scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, bacon was crisp, and the shredded hash browns were amazing. The over-easy eggs were done just right, the pancake was the perfect size and fluffy. A great classic American diner, which we love. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We'll stop by every time we’re in town.

“If you want to eat a very good brunch you should come to Roses restaurant, it is clean, nice and the staff are very friendly and also they are bilingual . The food was delicious and you can feel a mix of good flavors at the same time you see the effort and time that the chef put in each plate. This restaurant has a multicultural menu which is very good for the family. I love it and I will come back again.”
