Impeccably clean. I mean the hand crank meat slicer blade literally was a mirror. You can tell this couple really takes pride in their food, and food safety of their clients.

Tough parking, and limited seats, but dont let that stop you. This place is a must stop for delicious, authentic Italian sandwiches and wraps.“

The “pick up” team member saw me walk in sweaty and tired ( mid run on a 90 degree day) grabbing a Gatorade and water and immediately made eye contact and said she could help me so I didn’t have to stand in lane with the lunch goers. She was pleasant, efficient and I was so happy for the understanding and fast service!“

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. “I was early an hour and 20 minutes for my 12 o'clock. Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. In a long, long time and home fries were really good too. The staff was wicked friendly and I felt very comfortable in there.I would recommend it 😎👍“

Great place for a baby or bridal shower, birthday party, company event, etc…. Also, breakfast and lunch on some days during the week. Lots of parking and right on Main St in Hudson. “My husband and I drove 30 mins to visit this sandwich shop with our baby and we didn’t check the hours. They stop serving food at 3 pm and the ladies graciously let us get sandwiches. We are so appreciative of the service but EVEN MORE THE SANDWICHES!!!!

“I went in for the first time today after looking for a good, healthy alternative to chain lunch spots like sweetgreen and cava. Mike was nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I ordered the creamsicle, which is vanilla protein and mango. The tea was Chai with clementine aloe. I asked Mike what flavor aloe would go well with chai (I first thought none of the flavors would pair well with chai) and he said he prefers clementine, or I could go with mango. He also said he likes the hot version over the iced, so I went with that, and was happy I went with Mike's suggestions. I felt full 3/4 of the way drinking my smoothie, so I know I will be full for a few hours. It is a good full feeling, not overly full or heavy. Also, the tea provided me with some much needed energy. Reasonable prices, especially when you compare to other lunch spots. I will definitely be going back to Heart City Health Cafe for sure! This is a great, healthy lunch option, so I am happy I came across it!“

The staff are also nice, I don't know the gentleman's name but he's always at the front (taking orders and checking out). He's patient and very nice.“

“Second visit here with my lady, and somehow we ended up sitting in the same spot as our first visit. The food was just as delicious as we remembered: fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Again, the tea was perfect - smooth, perfectly steeped, and completed the meal.

It is an awesome place to unwind after a morning hike, as it has a calm and inviting atmosphere. You will find the staff to be very courteous without being intrusive. It’s got that small-town comfort with outstanding food. Definitely one of those spots that gets better every time you go.“

Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “Got the Chickpea Fritter Platter and absolutely loved it! As a college student, it can be really hard sometimes to find places with good healthy food that doesn't break the bank! I’m happy to say the platter was reasonably priced since it comes with enough stuff to make two meals out of it, and it is absolutely delicious and healthy!“

Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

“My wife and I go to Panera all the time, all over the place. We just came back from 3000 mile road trip where we looked for every Panera we could and got the chipotle chicken avocado melt every time. We can tell you that this particular Panera has the BEST chipotle chicken avocado melt.“

“This place looks a little underwhelming and slightly run down from the outside, but please don't let the exterior dissuade you. The interior is modern, clean and the Brazilian food inside looks and tasted amazing. I had the mixtos special sandwich. It was huge.. it had a whole chicken cutlet, ham, bacon, a poached egg and lovely gooey melted cheese on top. And to add some texture they add potato sticks and corn. It was ready in about 8 minutes. And I loved the combo. The prices are reasonable and I skipped my lunch after eating this sandwich! Give this place a try. The bakery was happening too and I bought a few chocolate covered cream puffs to go.“
