“Out of town - was looking for a nice lunch outside of Worcester. Found this spot and looked delicious from the photos.

Outstanding authentic Italian sandwiches rivaling any and all of those in our home of New York.

Impeccably clean. I mean the hand crank meat slicer blade literally was a mirror. You can tell this couple really takes pride in their food, and food safety of their clients.

Tough parking, and limited seats, but dont let that stop you. This place is a must stop for delicious, authentic Italian sandwiches and wraps.“

The “pick up” team member saw me walk in sweaty and tired ( mid run on a 90 degree day) grabbing a Gatorade and water and immediately made eye contact and said she could help me so I didn’t have to stand in lane with the lunch goers. She was pleasant, efficient and I was so happy for the understanding and fast service!“

“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. The food and desserts were phenomenally delicious and traditional and paired well with the tea fare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful afternoon and a memory that will last a lifetime.“

“I was early an hour and 20 minutes for my 12 o'clock. Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. In a long, long time and home fries were really good too. The staff was wicked friendly and I felt very comfortable in there.I would recommend it 😎👍“

“Coffee and muffin were delicious. The line can be slow moving, but if you have time to be patient it's worth the wait. My one note is that I found the wifi to be unusually slow the one time I tried to hang out for an hour and get some work done.“

“Just oversaw my 3rd high tea event at this lovely, charming cafe and, all 27 of my guests had a fabulous time! The petit sandwiches, homemade scones and delectable desserts are so, so delicious, and so very filling! Many tea choices too! Great place for a baby or bridal shower, birthday party, company event, etc…. Also, breakfast and lunch on some days during the week. Lots of parking and right on Main St in Hudson. “I have had most of the sandwiches they offer and I have not had a bad one yet! Today I went and perhaps there was someone new on the line, I ordered a grandmas meatball and it did not have any basil or garlic aioli on it. Nevertheless it was still delicious and I won’t count that against them. Always super fresh ingredients and the chowder is amazing too!“

“I happened to be in this part of Framingham and was looking for something quick and healthy for lunch. I wasn't sure a protein shake and a tea would fill me up, but I was mistaken. I wasn't hungry after. The shake was delicious, and the tea boosted my energy without the negative feeling of a caffeine/sugar buzz that energy sodas give you. Also, the owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. I've been back twice since discovering it. I can't wait to try more flavors.“

“I had lunch with my daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The service was friendly and efficient, and the value was great for the quality.  We each had a cup of the tomato basil soup which comes with the most delicious crostini. Highly recommend it. My daughter had a spicy pasta with a pink sauce, bacon and some vegetables, which was succulent, and I had a lovely salad with grilled chicken. We were too full for dessert. While we did have a reservation, so we didn't wait at all, I think most of the time walk-ins are welcome because this is a café within a department store so people don't stay for very long.“

“Lovely spot - worth going out of your way for those blueberry pancakes. Cappuccino was great too. Only complaint is that they charge you for a full cup of coffee if you’re getting a refill after a cappuccino. How about a dollar off at least! Besides that, really pretty location and clear attention to quality.“

“Got the Chickpea Fritter Platter and absolutely loved it! As a college student, it can be really hard sometimes to find places with good healthy food that doesn't break the bank! I’m happy to say the platter was reasonably priced since it comes with enough stuff to make two meals out of it, and it is absolutely delicious and healthy!“

“FABIOLA, Manager & VALERIE always provides exceptional customer service! It is always so nice to see their big smiles and always feeling welcomed. I also see it consistently with other customers as well! They are truly assets! They are also always so calm no matter how busy the lunch rush is. It is commendable. I had lost my purse on May 23rd (sorry for the delay, been meaning to do this sooner) and called a couple of times and the first person I spoke with was a man who told me it wasn’t there and I asked him to check the bathroom and he again told me it wasn’t turned in. Later I called and thankfully the call was answered by the Manager, Fabiola who sincerely apologized that the other employee told me it wasn’t there because it actually was there the whole time and I was SO extremely grateful and relieved to both her and Valerie who found it and kept it safe for me! I appreciate you, FABIOLA & VALERIE so much! They wouldn't even accept money as a reward! They told me that they were just happy to have found it and to have it returned to me as they understood the feeling of losing a purse. “Hands down the best beans we've ever had. We discovered Karma at Whole Foods in '23 and have since switched to buying bags directly from them at their wonderful shop in Sudbury. We buy several bags on each visit and will not buy beans anywhere else...ever. If for some reason they're going out of business, we'll fund them to stay in business, they're that good.“

Two weeks ago I was here and the girl that was at the register left the register because she was under pressure because supposedly I ordered too many things! She walked away crying if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work somewhere! I asked if you was upset with me I ordered you pick 2 cream of broccoli soup one turkey bravo half of sandwich a cup of iced coffee and some chicken for my dog one orange scone! So what’s the problem! I don’t know today when I went back to Panera bread the girl with the yellow nails was so nice to me, she is a great worker, but come to find out, the nice Brazilian girl in the kitchen said you complains last time and you made the girl cry I said how did I complain I never complained! Maybe she was just having a bad day but not because of me! I felt kind of off guard when I went to pick up my food, So again if you can’t handle the pressure don’t work at Panera bread! It’s my money and I spend it where I want to spend it I work hard for it so Customer is always right I wasn’t rude I was always pleasant every time I come here or anywhere I go me and my service dog! I like an apology from Panera bread this is a palling very disturbing! If I ask for something extra I pay extra for it bottom line the customers always right, if you want them to return! Treat them well, & leave your problems at home don’t bring them to work with you blaming others that your upset with them when in fact it’s something else that’s going on in your life! I did not treat her badly at all! For the record the rest of the staff is very nice, but when the girl started crying of course I felt very bad for her I thought someone died in her family or something no one told me that she was upset with me! Course I feel still feel bad for the poor girl maybe somethings happening in her life that she took it out on me on the customer don’t bring your problems to work! I hope that the manager talks to the girl to comfort her what ever she is upset with! But I know it was not me!“

“I had the vegan bbq seitan sandwich and it was delicious, only thing is I’m not sure if it’s actually vegan because typically mayo contains egg but still a great sandwich.Edit: love that response and that sandwich, highly recommend

“Stayed here for about two hours in between business meetings. Product is just what I've come to expect. Good coffee. My only complaint was there was a cold breeze in the lobby even though the doors were closed. Probably coming from the HVAC and it didn't matter where I sat, the cold air was moving pretty good. After a while I was able to ignore it. There was barely anyone inside, so maybe the HVAC is set to a setting expecting more people inside putting off body heat, which is typical for many Starbucks.“

“My wife and I go to Panera all the time, all over the place. We just came back from 3000 mile road trip where we looked for every Panera we could and got the chipotle chicken avocado melt every time. We can tell you that this particular Panera has the BEST chipotle chicken avocado melt.“

“Miranda is a charming Brazilian spot with a unique atmosphere. Although the staff didn’t speak English, they were incredibly helpful, and I was able to order the Miranda breakfast sandwich, which I absolutely loved. The flavors were authentic and delicious—definitely a memorable experience!“
