I ordered a single whopper with cheese at this place in drive through; they charged me nearly $10.00! I feel ripped off... I ordered nothing else, just a burger! I only had $ 8.25 in cash. I had to use a card! I'm so upset inside... I wouldn't have asked for cheese had I known. There is no excuse to charge so much for a single slice of yellow cheese, and it probably wasn't even 100% real cheese!
Customer service isn’t greatest, sat there for 10 minutes of waiting for my food. All that I notice other then food not being made fast enough. Was the female manager and worker in the back arguing with each other. Another employees who seemed to get off lunch came in, all distress and angrily he took the remaining customers that were still waiting to order. Burger King in Sturbridge is my favorite place to eat. Food is always great ,Hot with hardly no wait. Very affordable
