“Updated review as of 6/30/23I do not say this often, but goodness give all of those ladies a raise!!! I have stopped back twice in the last month, mostly out of convenience and both times the team has smiles and are happy to take your order. I come by with my two dogs and they are so nice and offered a pup cup. I am thankful for the turn around at our local Dunkin. It is so refreshing to see friendly faces! Fridays are usually my Monday...so THANK YOU! My coffee is ON POINT and the breakfast sandwich did not disappoint. Thank you again ladies, have a wonderful weekend!Original One star review from over a year ago:Moved here in January and made sure to visit this Dunks, the first two times were wonderful as Jordan and two of the girls truly have it together. But just about every other employee makes horrible drinks. I have ordered through the mobile app several times and each time the drink is wrong and has an incorrect label to prove it. I always get add ons like an extra shot as I like my coffee heavy with flavor and they are seldomly added. This review is only getting one star as I have to leave a star and Jordan is the only other reason. Save your money, brew at home or go 10 minutes out of your way to Dippin.“

“I feel silly writing a review for a dunkins, but this Dunkins is the best one in the area. They always get my drink order correct and the food I get sometimes is always hot and delicious so I will literally go out of my way to go here every morning for my coffee even though I have a dunkins 2 seconds down the road from me.“

“This joint is peak New England coffee shop. I'm here twice a day, most work days. Everything is frickin delicious, and they've got a lovely staff who feed me the coffee I need to keep me awake so I can fix your cars and houses. Show them some love.“

“I love all the employees the service every now and then on a busy Saturday the line is out to the road but not really too bad... The food is dunkins its eh... ok!
The prices are sky high but isn't everything now?
Have one Pet peeve a new employee n I never saw her again... (these employees deserve tip they bust their butt up here).
super awkward. When the new employee simply kept my change.
I try to tip every time.. of course I wish I could afford more but she got a buck on One donut.. little excessive! But obviously that wasn't the point. The regular employees I would tip them $5 each time I went, if I could afford it as they are a wonderful crew,
I can't say enough about them!
And the ice coffee is usually consistent... I recommend this D&D..“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. Costumer which is me was SATISFIED. U NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS .THANK U NORMA.“

“Been a lot of years since I've been to a Dunkin' Donut and can say aa lot is the same but a lot changed...mainly that there's a whole lot more to choose from besides donuts! I was impressed by the coconut donut because I haven't heard of one before and was pleased. Very Good coffee. Would give better rating but believe that when there are specials and need certain requirements, they should tell you before buying it - not after realizing you were over charged by the receipt. Or, they should make the mistake good, they did neither and cashier basically said it wasn't her problem. I still recommend the food.“

“Might just be my new favorite DUNKIN. Best caramel craze latte I have ever had. Could it have been made faster because only one of five people was working, of course! But I needed the break from driving and didn’t mind waiting the five minutes. Shout out to the young man working the register seemingly doing it all (including making my drink) and the awesome punk/goth (?) girl for making me smile while waiting. Both are now my two favorite DUNKIN employees!
Dietary restrictions: No issues with my gluten allergy.“
