ordered a lightly toasted bagel. got a non toasted bagel.
So, I was just there and was told that the Butter Pecan flavor was discontinued by the girl at the counter. I scroll to the National Dunkins page and see a post from Monday saying it will be available ALL SUMMER LONG. What gives Jim?
Getting coffee at drive thru. Only car there and no one in store yet the girl asks as I'm at window " ice coffee?" I said NO, large hot coffee 8 creams 4 equal..... Three minutes goes by and she comes to the window with ice coffee in her hand!!! Seriously? Then as I restate the order for now a third time she brings me the coffee with it dripping all on the outside and all over the cover!!!!!
