They have a great selection of seasonal specials and drinks as well as staples on the menu that I come back for over and over. “Stumbled into this restaurant today by accident, and left wondering how soon I could get back there. Absolutely the best-tasting food I have ordered in most of New England. The servings are generous, the menu extensive, the ingredients fresh and perfectly seasoned. One of our group is a picky eater and she couldn’t get enough of her veggie burrito. My grilled eggplant sandwich was to die for, and another at our table ordered the portobello sandwich, which she declared superb. The owner/host and a new employee could not have been more accommodating. This is a very clean, unassuming place, a real gem. Coming down from Vermont - the land of vegetarians - I went back wishing we had this great place where I live.“

It’s the only photo I’m attaching to this review, because you need to focus like a freaking laser. Don’t be distracted until you have ordered something containing this hash. My fave breakfast joint is on Vancouver island in Canada. My second favorite to this point was in Tucson. I have had a lot of breakfasts. I have had a lot of corned beef. If you aren’t ordering the corned beef here, you will be judged. It’s why people don’t consider going vegetarian. When you pass away, whether or not you had this corned beef will be factored in to how your life is measured. Get the hash.“

Appointment and I didn't have a breakfast, so I happen to spot this right around the corner, and I have to say, I've had the best onion, bagel sausage, egg and cheese, sandwich that I've had. It is easy to see that the service plaza is falling apart and filthy but Papa Gino’s is always very clean and ready to help the very few people who come through that plaza. “Fourth visit and still the best diner I've ever been too. Classic old diner atmosphere, great price, and still only a five-minute wait for food. My only complaint is that Lloyd's gives too much food. After the meal I'm done for the day. Today three of us had to get the $13 special because it was such a great deal (3 large eggs, 5 pieces thick bacon, 3 huge sausage links, mountain of hash browns, choice of toast or English muffin). We took at least a pound or more of food home.“
