“Five Guys is a go-to favorite. I often order online and then easily go pick up my hot food. Tonight a company called ActiveMenus interceded and tried to get me to order my food through them — and I hadn’t realized at first. Software was preposterously incompetent. Prices were much higher. When I tried to back out of the program to order from Five Guys directly, it wouldn’t let me. It submitted the order without my intention or approval. I received a shock text that my order had been submitted without any confirmation as to the items in my order. My credit card was charged. When I called customer service, I was hung up on.
I love Five Guys.
I hope that the organization ACTIVEMENUS goes immediately out of business.
Beware.
Like many middlemen trying to sneak into the order chain, they make the process MUCH WORSE and significantly raise the price.
Five Guys is delish and easy to order from directly.

“Haven't been to this place in years but, boy sm I glad I did. Got a steak onion and cheese sub at 8 AM, because I could order that at what would be other shops " Breakfast only" time. Nice soft roll ,steak NOT chopped to oblivious gravel like other shops. This spot IS the spot for a steak and cheese . I'm gonna go back and try all the ol standards again done right. Kudos. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. “I hosted our office event at Double Bull last night, with Musical Bingo in the Avalon room. It was absolutely fantastic! From the service to the food to the drinks! Our server, Jackie, is the sweetest and so accommodating! Rebecca the House/Event manager was a doll! She was so considerate, helpful and detailed oriented in planning the event. “Was not busy. Food good, a fair price given the state of the economy these days. Counter folks friendly. Generally clean compared to many fast food establishments in the area. (Some maintenance needed in men's restroom, doorlock broken)

Parking: Parking is at an open air mall. One needs to be cautious with other drivers careening across the lot w/o regards to stop signs., using the lot as a shortcut to other neighboring areas & stores.“

“So. This time I've got business to take care of near Maverick MBTA station. Needed something quick for breakfast. Haven't been to Burger King in a while. So I was pleasantly surprised.

The food is standard Burger King fare, y'know biscuits, Croissan'wich, etc. The team member, Ignacia, at the counter displayed excellent customer service skills, took care with my order, ensured my order accuracy, and made me feel valued, all with a beautiful smile. The restaurant and restroom facilities were clean and accessible. I'm going to remember this location and return soon.

Say less.Pleasantly surprised at how good the customer service was here and how stacked he burgers are. Seriously huge.Definitely worth the stopping. “While at the feast this morning, staff were prepping their outdoor table when my elderly mom and I were being harassed by a stranger. Staff quickly ushered us inside despite them being closed to the public today, then offered us free coffee (which was great by the way!) and we waited safely there until the coast was totally clear. They were so kind to my mom and I and it showed me that they value everyone’s safety which is so important especially in food service. We truly appreciate it are now happy new fans of Mangia Mangia, we can’t wait to return for a full meal!!“

“Came during a ladies trip in August. On our first day, we stopped by for lunch and drinks. The food was fresh and tasty. The drinks were cold and were made perfectly by the bartender. “This is a speakeasy, when the red light above the door, down the alley is on, they are open. The one time we visited, we had a great time. There was free comedy show, that was great! The host, Allie was soo funny. Numerous drink options and food are available. The bar is big and there are various other seating options, high tops, couches, and chairs. The place was packed around 7 and into the evening.“

“I finally got a chance to try MrBeast Burger and I am so glad I did! I went for the classic Beast Style burger, and honestly, it was delicious. The smashed patties were perfectly cooked with crispy edges, the cheese was melted just right, and all the toppings came together to make a seriously good burger.
