This Dunkin is the closest to me which is the only reason I go here. I’ve received cold bacon in my wrap, overcooked/burnt bagel minis, soggy hash browns, order wrong or forgot to place items in the bag that were charged for. Recently, they left out two items of my order and I made the mistake of driving home and checking the bag in my driveway. What a pleasure to order coffee via drive thru! The young lady who took our order, Malak, was super friendly and had such a pleasant happy voice! When we got to the pick up window, everyone there was smiling, cheerful and polite! Love the service with a cheerful attitude!
