It is the baristas fault for having a broken machine or when they run out of food or any supplies they've needed.a lot of the time people will take drinks without reading them and the baristas have to make the drink again, also what I've noticed from other people is they give attitude to the baristas even though the baristas are kind and say "sorry can I remake that for you". Then there's the expectation that 10 drinks can be made in a minute. I want other people to be in there shoes before they say anything mean to them. This place deserves more than what it gets!!!!“

“This place is simple. It sells boba, and it sells waffles. I’ve tried the waffles, next time boba! But I did really love the variety it had with waffles. Lots of fun flavors like strawberry cheesecake and apple pie (which I got). I also loved how all the employees handled the waffles with care.The place was pretty busy on a Saturday evening with not a ton of space. I got my waffle in about 10 minutes and ate it on the walk to the theater.The apple pie waffle was good. The waffle itself was hot and yummy. It wasn’t a Belgian waffle, but it wasn’t a normal waffle either. The batter must have something in it to make it taste a bit different. It was pretty fluffy and held up the toppings quite well. The cinnamon apple chunks were lightly warmed and gently sweet. The “crust” was Biscoff cookies. I think a Graham cracker crumble would have been better because the Biscoff was too sweet compared to the apples and waffle.I’ll definite come again!“

The menu is thoughtfully curated, and everything is decent to great. I especially like any of their baked goods, like the giant pretzel and the flatbreads. It can get extremely busy and chaotic during the TD Garden event windows, and this does impact the service and the ambience, but if you're feeling a little generous in terms of time and noise levels, you can't really go wrong in terms of a pre or post game spot for a bite and a sip.“

“Cute place, not as stylish as some city cafes, but that highlights that the focus is the food not the look. Every single food thing here is phenomenal. They're known for impeccable breads, though coincidentally the pastries are flawless, and the croissants aren't even too "bready". They rotate their selection-- we get about 12-14 items maybe once a month, and every single one is a knockout every time. Their coffee is also very good. The only improvement would be the service. I think there hasn't been a single time I've gone where they've actually gotten our large order right. Most recently, two bacon egg and cheeses were left off the receipt and just never made. This didn't detract from my rating though. The service is still kind and quick and the food quality more than makes up for it.“

Their hashbrowns and Loaded Hashbrowns are worth the visit and must be tried. Overall, some people gripe that it costs more than most breakfast places. I think this is silly. Just because you CAN find similar items for less doesn't mean you should. For whatever reason, breakfast tends to be overlooked and always categorized as "give me a lot of it and for cheap." While the portions here are fine, it's the quality that really stands out. Yes, you can get an egg mcmuffin for cheaper. But if you can't tell the difference in quality between the english muffin from McDonald's and Crack'd brioche, I don't know what to tell you. I love McDonald's but think it's ridiculous to compare the two on price alone. Breakfast can be so much more and Crack'd shows that.“

The staff were extremely friendly & very fast with the breakfast sandwiches we ordered, they were ready as soon as I literally walked in the door! They have a small cozy atmosphere that I'm excited to bring my wife back to enjoy together. The sandwiches were some of the best we've had in a while. My croissant was very light & airy, yet not too flaky at all. The bacon was crispy, the cheese wasn't too hot and the egg was cooked perfectly!
