“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. We don’t have Honey Dew Donuts where we live, and now I think Dunkin’s bacon, egg, and cheese croissants will never be the same to me. These were SO much better! The large size of the cold brew was much larger than I anticipated, which is always welcome on a road trip. “The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. “For a pop-up donut shop, the donuts here are fresh even in the evening. They must have fresh ones brought in daily. I've bought a bunch of donuts here and they are decent on average. Their bake quality is high though I find that the toppings are hit or miss. Their best donuts are the most plain ones - glazed or chocolate frosted for example. I must give some feedback to the owner that the maple creamie needs to lose the giant globs of sugar on top - it should either shift to maple bacon or just plain maple frosted; this flavor entirely too sweet.“

“Ive been coming here every day for over a year. Everything is always perfect. Im writing the review because I loet my brand new Samsung smart watch there. Id taken it off because it was raining and meant to put it in my bag. When its location popped up I went back and they had it. It had been over a week and they had moved it but the manager went back in the office and found it. Someone easily could've just snagged it but they didn't and Im genuinely grateful. I have a heart condition and POTS and having the watch lets me know when I need to sit or lie down so I dont injure myself if I pass out. I am eternally grateful to them. Not only are they awesome every day but the fact that they could've just not kept my watch or bothered to look past the first shelf. Its a great Dunks but also, these are good people“

Vegetarian options: Every category of food and drinks has a other option for vegetarians, for example Dunkin added soy meat to replace sausage in sandwiches and wraps, chive onion cream cheese, even have a avocado drink for heavens SAKE.! ?

Parking: In my experience every dunks' has at least 20 parking spots,if they don't have an open one , DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!

Kid-friendliness: The employees at the Dunkin donuts at Joe's market, mobile gas station, on squire Rd make the atmosphere in this establishment very inviting to all age groups especially kids. They hand out free donuts, munchkins, drinks etc... To make them feel welcome and the parents love it because they probably don't have to pay for it. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! OBVIOUSLY IT'S PROBABLY A NECESSITY FOR THE AVERAGE JOE, BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT HAS TO DRIVE OR PULL A DOUBLE SHIFT FOR 15 HOURS DAILY, AM I RIGHT?? I KNOW BECAUSE I AM THAT AVERAGE JOE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT PULLS 12-15 HOURS 6 DAYS A WEEK.

Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for.
