“I go here for coffee every morning and they always make it the way I like it. Service is fast! Sucks they can’t take tips here which I believe is ridiculous. The employees work hard and they’re great .. I’d like to show my gratitude. This should seriously be changed. First dunks I’ve been to that does this.“

“Went in for breakfast today and picked up the cake for my fiances birthday. They were super busy, but the staff got everyone through quickly. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, loved the bagels. We cut the cake tonight, it was moist and delicious. I barely got a pic because my sweetie was so anxious to cut into it. “Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. “I had the pleasure of walking into Ziggys after trying to find fresh doughnuts other than your dunkin and honeydew processed ones that are everywhere. The prices are fantastic. The service was great. Even ended up sitting and having a chat even though it was going to be in and out. They do cash and card. The doughnuts were amazing. Will be there more often when time allows. It's so close to where I work on the water there in town.Parking: There are 2, 15 minute spot out front. Other than that other street parking is by permit but if you are just grabbing and going you should be fine.“

“If there were such a thing as a doughnut monster, I'd be him. I love sweetbreads. So this place caught my eye. I'm usually piqued by fruit type pastries. However, the hired help suggested the Boston Creme Bismarck. With deep chocolate icing and homemade raise dough, the treat was satiating and tasty to beat the band. Usually the custard fillsof these are synthetical smooth. But I noticed a more natural taste and texture. At $5.00 a pop, I'm not gone get calorically greedy.“

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“This place is unreal. The manager Marie along with Cherish and the rest of the crew made our holiday. My son and I cant do Xmas this year so instead we had some money saved and we both like Dunkins so we placed an order there. A couple coffees along with two wraps and a dozen donuts. We got the order but the outside of the box had a message they had ran out of donuts. We opened it up and they out did themselves. We got a variety of 9 donuts along with munchkins and a couple stix donuts. This was way better than the dozen i wanted . They pulled it off and made us very.happy. Score is 100 stars“

“Hash browns were way overcooked and hard as a rock, my mobile coffee order (just a regular coffee, cream and sugar - nothing crazy) took over ten minutes despite the store being relatively empty of new customers. Almost every seat was taken up by the same people that gather there every morning and camp out for HOURS. This place is essentially take out only.“

“Great coffee, good service convenient location, clean, seating, drive thru. However, sitting inside is miserable because it's a staff of Gen Z foreign kids, they are loud and obnoxious. there's one kid that does drive-thru who is..er..'alternative lifestyle' and has to let everyone know about it (most likely due to his being from a traditionally religious, conservative culture). he's totally hyperactive and won't stop singing really loudly constantly/camping it up. So again because of low wages and nobody in Massachusetts wants these jobs you're going to have nothing but kids working. nowadays that's miserable because this is generation 'we don't like anybody that isn't like us' (but they seem very cohesive among their own age group across races/cultures). there's a lot of older people that come in here and I notice they kind of torment them in a way but this is what you get nowadays with globalism. Other than that the place is actually stupendous the coffee is good it's not burnt and it's not weak which I'll take a miserable atmosphere inside nowadays compared to a lot of the Dunkin' donuts closer to Boston that are ripping off the public with bad coffee either being cheap or not washing the machines or watering it down. This is the only location in the area except if you go into Wakefield center I believe there's another Dunkin' donuts so take what you can get just don't try to sit inside LOL“

“The young man working at the drive thru was super polite and nice. He had such a great personality. At this location, you drive to the window to order. We were greeted and thanked. (Which nowadays, I feel like drive thru often forgets) The young guy was patient with us as my sister and I was ordering a bunch of drinks and food before we drove up to Maine. He even told us about a better deal on our drinks. He just had an aura that made us all smiled. We need more people like this. Our peach ice teas were delicious. The mac-n-cheese was lighter on the cheese flavor but still tasty, it came out super hot, so becareful!“

“every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. Also they are well equipped to be accessible for the disabled and elderly with a wheelchair ramp outside, no steps, first floor and wide aisles. I'VE ACTUALLY SEEN A DUNKIN EMPLOYEE BRING A GENTLEMAN'S ORDER OUT TO HIM BECAUSE HE COULDN'T MAKE IT IN PHYSICALLY! UNBELIEVABLE HOW A SMALL GESTURE CAN MAKE A PERSON'S DAY! OBVIOUSLY IT'S PROBABLY A NECESSITY FOR THE AVERAGE JOE, BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT HAS TO DRIVE OR PULL A DOUBLE SHIFT FOR 15 HOURS DAILY, AM I RIGHT?? I KNOW BECAUSE I AM THAT AVERAGE JOE BLUE COLLAR WORKING GUY THAT PULLS 12-15 HOURS 6 DAYS A WEEK.Parking: In my experience every dunks' has at least 20 parking spots,if they don't have an open one , DRIVE THRU PEOPLE!! But if there isn't a drive thru, there are at least 15 parking spots 2 feet from the front door, not only are the spots close but there are no steps or stairs to traverse as well as a wheel chair ramp for the wheel chair bound. WHAT A SIN!Wheelchair accessibility: Always have wheelchair ramps, handicap parking spots,and all dunks'has double doors with wheelchair accessibility. Then when u get inside the atmosphere takes away all the anxiety and worries that seem to melt away from all the smiles and professionalism this establishment carries with every employee from open to close. If by any chance that the individual can't even make it out of their vehicle, a humble employee might even take upon themselves to graciously walk up to the person in the vehicle and take care of their order or whatever the occasion calls for. “Just witnessed an irate customer who was very self entitled trying to berate staff because they made her coffee wrong, then she demanded they re-make it twice because they used the same sticker on the new coffee and customer thought they dumped out half the original and didn’t really re-make it.Staff then showed customer the old coffee which was still on the counter.Staff were very patient with this oblivious and angry customer who should never go out in public again“
