“My son recently got married at a venue up in southern New Hampshire and we used the Artisan Hotel as our main hotel, as well as the place where we held the welcome reception the night before and the brunch the day after the wedding (which was incredibly convenient). I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Artisan Catering & Events! The team there really know what they are doing and made both events so special, stress-free and seamless. I loved working with Jamie, the assistant GM there. She and her team stayed on top of all the details, had creative ideas for room set-up and decor, coordinated with other vendors for things like A/V equipment rental, and handled every one of my requests with thoughtfulness and competence. From our in-person planning meeting, to email communication, right through to wrapping everything up at the end of the weekend, it was a wonderful experience and I would work with Artisan and Jamie again any day!“

“My Wife and I stopped by for a quick bite yesterday afternoon. We both ordered the double smashburger and shared a large fry order. The smashburger was excellent, well cooked and dressed with lettuce tomatoes pickles and sauce, very tasty. The fries order was a large and it truly was large. Not your regular run of the mill string fries. Large thick (almost Steak Fries) lightly salted and very tasty. Definitely will eat here again. BG“

“Hiring Capers for our wedding was the best decision we’ve ever made! The people were great, and the food and drinks were out of this world. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They guided us through the daunting task of designing our menu and beverage program, as well as assisted in our furniture and linen rentals. We always felt like we were in good hands. The food was absolutely stunning! Capers has a wide variety of interesting menu options, far beyond your typical wedding dishes. We ended up going with BBQ, Asian, and fall seasonal stations, in addition to an assortment of fun appetizers, plus gourmet donuts for dessert. The food was unique, gorgeous, and most importantly, absolutely delicious! They were also able to make special accommodations for our guests with dietary restrictions, so everybody left with a full belly. Many guests told us that this was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We definitely agree! For the bar, Capers was able to handle all of our special requests and provided a unique selection of craft beers, ciders, seltzers, as well as plenty of wine and liquor options. They did a great job of finding cool, local brands that gave the bar a much more upscale feel without breaking the bank. We only heard compliments from all the guests about the food. The consensus was that the salmon was the best dish anyone had ever had! The staff sent home, for the bride and groom, a container with all the dinner choices as well as a taste of some of appetizers. We needed a catered meal for approximately 50 people following my mother’s funeral, and from our very first phone call, Karina was warm, gracious, and incredibly accommodating. Her kindness immediately put me at ease. During a time when we had so much to think about, she made this important part of the day feel completely effortless.

It was especially meaningful that Karina and our family share the same Dominican roots. Along with a wonderful variety of beautiful, upscale American dishes, she also prepares Dominican-style favorites, allowing us to customize a menu that felt familiar and special to our family.

The food was fresh, plentiful, and absolutely delicious — our family loved everything! And when our very hungry crowd went through the desserts faster than expected, Karina somehow had more sent over in no time. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask.

The service was equally exceptional. Karina thought of everything so that I didn’t have to. Her staff delivered and beautifully set up the buffet, stayed throughout our gathering, and then cleaned up and wrapped everything at the end. We truly did not have to worry about a thing.
