“I came here on my work break and was pleasantly surprised by just how lovely this store is. I don’t typically leave reviews, but my experience here serves as the exception. The food was incredibly cheap. I ordered two snack rolls thinking they would be small. I was wrong. One alone is a meal. Everything I had was delicious. By far, however, the highlight of my experience was my server. The girl with the orange hair was attentive, kind, and suggested the menu items I tried. “Obsessed with their smoothies. I’m a loyal customer who frequently visits. The major issue I have is they are unwilling to share the nutritional value of the smoothies. I track my macros and calories and have done my own back end assumptions based on what I order but it would be really helpful if they provided the facts. I’ve asked several times and I get different answers on the amount of protein fat etc as a health food shop they should provide this. Again the food itself is excellent. If anyone finds the nutrition value please do let me know!“

“Highly recommend Professor’s catering! Decided to have them make the food for a post wedding brunch I co-hosted in April. Best decision ever! Guests raved about the food! Then in June, I needed a last minute gluten free entree, and the team put together a beautifully garnished pan of gluten free roasted chicken that was delicious. “Two years ago I switched my allegiance from Haute Coffee in Concord, MA to Nibbana Cafe in Lowell. While the coffee at Haute is indeed very good (Counter Culture beans, not local), I find the staff there a bit impersonal. Seating is also quite limited. Nibbana has equally good coffee (if not better, which is really saying something), provided by Tiny Arms, a local roaster. There is plenty of seating and parking at their location at Western Avenue Studios. The coffee is generally light-to-medium roast and they offer an array of interesting, unusual coffee drinks (I only drink espresso, straight, so I can't comment on those). At the time of this review, they have been cranking out lots of new food items. The staff is extremely friendly, always offering a welcoming smile and an enthusiastic "Enjoy!" when I pick up my order. The owners truly live by what Buddhists call "right living". They are very community-focused, and it shows. If you haven't checked out Nibbana, you're really missing out on a special place.“

“I’m a big fan of bubble tea. I love the Thai milk tea with bubbles. It tastes amazing. I keep going there very often. The store is clean and neat. It can easily accommodate 20 people. Service time is quick, you should get your order within 5min. I felt the bubbles added was very less for a large serving. Parking could be an issue. You will have to find a street parking, which could be challenging over the weekends. Staff is friendly.“

I was looking for dessert, but on the kiosk, under bakeries Nero wasn’t listed, in fact, hardly a thing was, so I planned to go without until I stumbled upon Nero on my way out. They bake fresh every day. It’s a very comfortable and relaxingenvironment and as noted above excellent service. He was serving an outrageous range of coffee, specialties, and the bakery goods looked carefully crafted. The chocolate cake was quite delicious and reasonably priced. “I visited today for the first time and picked up a combo banh mi and a taro smoothie with boba. The banh mi was very good - the baguette was fresh and crispy and it had the right mix of vegetables to meat. The smoothie was good as well. I will agree with other reviewers that I'm a little surprised that a banh mi is $10 and is not gigantic. Maybe I'm spoiled or maybe it's just inflation but I was getting a lot more for my money with a banh mi at other places a few years ago.

I might go back but if I'm in the area again, I would probably check out some of the competition.
