“I moved to Upton recently and decided to try the Italian food here. OMG is what I have to say. From fresh selection of items to the most tasty salad I've eaten to the crunchiest and most delicious pizza ? I've eaten with the advantage of creating my own flavor, as I am vegetarian. I also tried the Alfredo spaghetti, and despite I prefer the larger version of spaghetti it was still perfect in flavor, temperature, and overall look. It was ready for takeout promptly at the scheduled time. The cook is very dedicated and kind. Cozy little space for a meal, but I prefer to eat at home.

Dietary restrictions: They accommodate easily dietary restrictions

Parking: It all depends if it's crowded when you get there. There's space to park on the street but no dedicated parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Completely friendly to kids and families.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is not wheelchair accessible and it's somewhat difficult if you are in a wheelchair to enter and exit.“

“We went to the Sutton HS art festival today. (Excellent) Saw the pizza wagon parked outside.. kids wanted to try it. Never heard of them and we are always looking to one up our best pizza experience. Well that happened today.. this is an 11/10 all day. At 62 I’ve tried pizza at many, many places.. this was exceptional… and they are from our home town! Check out their upcoming locations.. go find them .. you have to try this.“

“Just wanted to come on and give a kudos to Upton House of Pizza after our experience last night. We were heading home exhausted from the waterpark and ordered a pickup order, which included a small GF pizza for my daughter. We picked it up, headed home and as we were pulling into the driveway my phone rang. The young kid at the counter called and frantically asked if we had eaten any of the pizza. I assured him we hadn’t yet and he said that he had separated it so well from the counter that another staff had put a regular pizza in the box he had pre-labeled thinking it was it (apparently, it was actually the free regular small pizza we got free with our order - that we didn’t know we were getting). He asked for our address and was at our door within 7 minutes. He even asked to see the other pizza to double check. I tried to tip him and he refused, saying “it’s not like we just forgot pepperoni or something, this was serious!” Thankfully my daughter is just intolerant and not celiac, but I appreciate this to no end 🥰 People make mistakes, it’s how they rectify them that shows their character! We will definitely continue to give them our business!“

“Absolutely blown away by the quality. Canned Amazin delivers with natural ingredients and incredible flavor. Everything tastes fresh, like it was cooked right there in the kitchen. I had the pizza with no pepperoni — instead, it came with two kinds of spicy, sliced, dried cured meats that were SO much better. Truly the most flavorful pizza I’ve ever had. Mine had cherry tomatoes, red onion, and a bunch of other amazing toppings that came together perfectly. And the summer salad? 10/10. Fresh, crisp, delicious. Highly recommend!“

“they take a small pepperoni pizza, fold it in half and cook it like a pizza turnover then call it a melt. it’s a nice twist on the normal pizza. easy to hold and eat and the same kind of pizza that you find at papa gino’s. the store is clean and easy to get to. plenty of parking and the staff is friendly.“

“Yesterday, my wife’s friend ordered multiple pizzas. I was asked to pick it up was not told which friend ordered it or who’s number it was under. I believe the wonderful ladies name was Maria who offered to drive the pizza to my house to make up for not taking a name on the order. My interaction with the staff at famous Pizza changed my day. Their grace and compassion took a frustrating situation and turned it into the biggest smile. Thank you guys for making our day great yesterday.“

“Moved to Bellingham 2 years ago. I have tried all the pizza places in town and can say that Blackhawk pizza is the best one. In addition to pizza I have tried many different subs, calzones, salads and dinners and have been very happy with them all. Our go to order is half meatball/cheese pizza with the steak tip salad. Highly recommend!“

There’s a new snack item on the menu, a cheese pie. Literally so good, if you like ricotta I highly recommend trying it!

If you have children going to Ashland Public Schools (and beyond!), the new owner has also dedicated half of his restaurant to provide a teen space for after school and on the weekends! There’s a prohibition-style mocktail bar, a large projection screen for kids to play the Nintendo switch or watch movies, and lots and lots of games! I highly recommend making Nick’s your next family fun spot!“

“Absolutely NOT !!! We ordered our food before 3 other customers who came in to eat in like us . I ordered a chicken salad my husband ordered a cheeseburger sub waited 20 mins still no food but the other 3 customers got their food one had a pizza one had chicken finger dinner and one had a steak and cheese. All of which were as quick as our order but i believe a pizza and fried chicken wings should of taken longer then a cheeseburger 🍔“

“I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to a place we all know and love… Dean Park Pizza!! 🍕 I had ordered pizza from another shop in town for my son’s birthday party at school today because they had the option for delivery. When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! “Expertly prepared seafood! Grilled foods are cooked to perfection always! Outstanding pizza varieties. Salads are always freshly bedded with crispy lettuce with premium ingredients atop! Subs are excellent, and the pasta dinners could potentially feed two. The entire menu is a gastronomical dream come true for this type of fare! I can wholeheartedly recommend the fried haddock with extra crispy fries or the grilled steak and chicken combo with crispy fries plus a side of their tasty rice! Prices can be a little more than pre-covid days but honestly, for the quality of the food and the speed of service I have no problem paying a little more, besides, we get to support a local business and that I believe is important during these trying times! “I bought a pizza here about a decade ago and it was terrible and I didn't go back. I was making a couple of pizzas at home and burned them so we called Village House of Pizza. “The only thing wrong is they need a new clock . The one they have in the store is broken, I think. After 3 orders that were prepaid , again, prepaid, given a time, all 3 orders were not ready when we arrived. Two weren't even started. I feel that when you prepay, a business should recognize that you are a good customer, and, at least have the order ready.“

You can tell a lot about a pizza place by how good their cheese pizza is, and this one is the absolutely best. Not too greasy, and doesn't flop AT ALL. Highly recommend everyone try this place...they are hardworking and my favorite pizza in the area, hands down.“
