“Best coffee shop in spring Hill, and gives everything in Davis a run for their money easy. Always a line out the door on weekends and deservedly, but they move fast. Great pepper biscuits, great yogurt. BLT is weirdly bad but the turkey sandwich is great.“
“The food at this place is delicious, and they offer items which a lot of other nearby restaurants do not. I have gotten take out and eaten there, and I have enjoyed both experiences. If I had to choose one thing that I disliked about this restaurant, it would be that I wish more of their delivery options could be made without sugar/palm sugar.“
“Love this place. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great drinks. My gf and I tend to always get the same thing-Pan roasted chicken, and the jambalaya. Been favorites for years. Large selection of beers and cocktails. Highly recommend for anyone new to the area. It has a great "Somerville" vibe.“
“Thank you to Chris and his team for always having an amazing product and even better service/communication . I have used Nothing Bundt cakes for family events, holidays, and a corporate Employee Appreciation Day order (300 cakes). Their attention to detail is top notch and they make each process seamless. Highly recommend.“
“My sister-in-law just sent me and my wife a door dash order to cheer us up, with cold brew and two pains au chocolat. I took one bite and… wow. Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Even in France it's not every day you find one this good! We’ll be going there for more, can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!“
“I recommend nothing after seeing how terribly they treated a customer this afternoon at the medford sq location. guy came in to pickup pre-ordered cake that was paid for. he was told they didn't have the cake. no apology, no offer deliver cake in the morning.....NOTHING. THE customer finally asked for the only 2 cakes left which were much smaller than cake ordered. he wanted happy birthday written on the cakes and was told it couldn't be done....not sure why. 30 minutes before closing time. the beaten down guy said...I'll take those 2 cakes in replace of the cake I ordered that you failed to make. I was literally floored when the kid behind counter said ...we can't just give you those cakes. you have to pay for them. this could have been handled so many ways better. and again, not one we are sorry. none of the stuff here is anything great...the guy should have went and got a cake at the grocery store. when businesses mistreat and disrespect their customers that's it for me. modern pastry is a small business....I've seen customers treated much better at wal.art and Costco. shame on modern pastry“
“Best bakery we've been to in the Boston area. Everything we've tried has been excellent, but I highly recommend the ancient grain sourdough, the feta twist and the croissants. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always friendly.“
“Absolutely delicious and authentic style Mexican food. I had the TACOS BIRRIA my girlfriend had the tempura shrimp tacos. We are from NY and here staying at an Air BNB up the road , if we lived local we would be ordering from here at least once a week ! Highly recommend.“
“Initially I was concerned that I wouldn't find any vegan options in Boston. The Life Alive Organic Cafe in Cambridge was a great find. They are plant based having vegetarian and vegan options. The food is fresh, quality and the tastes a great.A wide range of dishes including warm grain bowls, salads, wraps, noodles and soups, and desserts. The beverages include smoothies, cold pressed juices, coffees, teas and suoerfood.lattes.This is definitely on par with the best vegan food I have had in London. Free WiFi, great food and service what more could you ask for. A short distance from MIT you should put it on your to do list.Pictured are Miso Tofu Ramen, Grilled Pita and Blue Breeze.Dietary restrictions: Vegan“
“The food is just delicious and the staff is friendly and happy to have you there. Everything is so fresh and yummy. If you like Indian food at all, or want to try it for the first time - go here. They have meat dishes, vegetarian dishes and vegan dishes.“
“Incredible little bakery and cafe with wide selection of delicious pastries, specializing in croissants, with frequently rotating specials, and delicious drinks. Staff are friendly and quick and the atmosphere is vibrant and lively. Hand pies and savory croissants are my favorites, but the scones and sweet croissants are also to die for!“
“Love this place! The chicken pesto Panini is my absolute go-to—it's so flavorful and satisfying. The customer service here is top-notch too. The owner is super friendly, always greets me by name, and makes me feel right at home. It's those personal touches that keep me coming back for more!“
“Had a great experience at this local coffee shop. Both of our drinks were absolutely delicious- got the iced strawberry matcha and a plain cold brew. Might be my new favorite cold brew in the area! Also tried the garlic pao de queijo, which came steaming hot and was amazing. 10/10 experience and great atmosphere to get some studying in.“
“Bayberry Cafe is packing up their Woburn bags and relocating to Cambridge. Their last day of service will be Mothers Day (May 14) 2023. Their new location will be called Ramen O Bowl and will be at: 1668 Massachusetts Ave Cambridge MA with an opening in the near future. Bayberry has been a wonderful community restaurant since they opened 6 years ago, bringing some of the most delicious vegan food to the North suburbs, but unfortunately it is their time to give another location a try.“
“Mar 2024:Spot inside the Brewery. The food is very filling and with a nice veggie option. Very flavorful veggie bowl with magical green sauce and the arepa with plantains and cheese was fire. 5/5. They give this free hot sauce thats vinegary and spicy-like buffalo sauce, not my thing but you may like it.“
“Perfect spot to avoid ridiculous hotel breakfast prices. Food absolutely smacked. Biscuit breakfast sandwich had me full until like 2pm and the sausage was crazy good. Hangover burger got me right back on my feet after a late night as well. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town.“
“The most delicious food! My favorites are the lentil soup and the fattouch salad. ALWAYS delicious. My absolute favorite place to sit and enjoy a yummy lunch when I’m working in North Cambridge. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Kind, authentic people making it all happen. Sweet, family run business.“
“Long overdue review since I've been a regular here for years, and try to go every time I'm in Boston. The food is amazing and will be appreciated not only by vegans and vegetarians, just outstanding quality diner food. The place looks like a cute diner as well and the service has always been great. The team works super hard and gets food out quickly even on very busy days! Love everything about this place and hope to continue coming here for years to come :)“
“I'm obsessed with their quiche and if you call 48 hours ahead of time (I've even gotten away with less), you can pre-order a whole one. This is my new superpower. Everyone loves the person who shows up with a gigantic delicious quiche and it couldn't be easier. Everything else is divine and this place takes all my money, but man. That quiche. *chef's kiss*“
“These are the best donuts hands down And I've had donuts every where and out of state My son makes me try donuts everywhere I've eaten donuts that cost double your price and yours were better Prices are great I know they use good ingredients I've worked in Food and field so I understand the quality.“
“This bakery is a gem! I stumbled upon it and was greeted by mouthwatering scents and friendly staff. Their chocolate croissant was heavenly, and the tart cake was pure perfection. Can't wait to return for more delightful treats! Highly recommend!“
“Mike's is great and a Boston staple. It can get busy and chaotic, but don't be intimidated by the crowd/lines. It moves fast. However, be ready to order when you get to the counter as they try to keep things moving. There is no seating. They only take cash. There are ATMs nearby if you don't have any. It's worth it.Parking: The roads are incredibly busy on the street in front of Mike's.“
“Loved every part of my dining experience. Atmosphere was casual with a cool vibe, staff was very friendly and attentive and helpful in explaining the dishes…. Mamta and Alisha were so friendly and professional…. Food was absolutely delicious!!! This was my first time tasting Napoli culture food and thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back again! Very Satisfied Customer, James Kivlin“
“Really good eats here! The broccoli cheddar soup was pretty salty but very flavorful and Hearty. The sticky bun was great- fluffy soft bread and plenty of pecans. Also very much enjoyed trying the half sizes of the mushroom melt sandwich, the Butternut Squash sandwich, and the achiote chicken sandwich. The raspberry oat bar was nice too, and the carrot cake was very moist and with a lot of cream cheese frosting that wasn't overly sweet. There are seating areas downstairs and upstairs which include bar seats and benches and regular chairs, as well as an elevator to the second floor. The staff were very professional and friendly and we saw them help visually impared customers with great courtesy. The only thing I would skip is the chai latte- it tasted pretty bland.“
“Ok so first point is the food was awesome. Friendly staff, and good location. The price is good, a little less than typical for bbq. We had 3 meals which consisted of brisket, ribs and half chicken with the sides of Mac n cheese (which to me could use a little smoke flavor or cheese with a little more flavor. Could just be a personal preference. ) baked beans and Brussel sprouts.Overall fantastic meal for good price. They need a bigger seating area but for a new BBQ place in New England they are on their way to becoming well known for great food. Will visit again soon. Great job CODE 1 !!!!!“
“It is the best tourist trap that locals go to...skip tasty burger or shake shack in Harvard Sq and just go to Mr Bartleys for a superior burger at a very similar price pointBiggest issue is no public restroom for a sit down place, but its the city's fault not the business“
“Such a great location for our networking group each week... not only do they have an amazing location but the food and coffee is out of this world!!! Ing.. Inspiring New Growth Networking Group is very blessed to have this location for us to meet at each week!“
“wonderful staff. they engage in your interests and ask about how you feel with the tea you get. tried their pu-erh and it is definitely high quality. also bought a vegan wrap from them. great blend of spices and sauce. slightly too much spice that overpowered the tahini (bought the bing bang wrap) but still delicious. If i ever go to another show at the sinclair again I will definitely eat there beforehand“
“My first time eating in the North End and we choose La Familia Giorgio's. The bolognase was excellent as was the veal Marsala. Portions were plenty and we have yummy leftovers. The waitress Skyler was awesome and took time with us, we did not feel rushed. We will be back.“
“The drip coffee they serve is really good. (blind tiger coffee beans). The blood orange ricotta cookie is also 10/10. I’ve tried their cold brew and americano as well, which tasted good. I believe they used to use Broadsheet beans for some drinks, but I guess it depends/rotates(?)“
“My first time at Bobby C’s and it was delightful. I’ve been living around the corner for a while but I never checked Bobby C’s before and I regret it so badly. The mussels in white wine and garlic sauce was something unexplainable, calamari perfectly fried to keep the tenderness, chicken parmigiana and the stuffed chicken breast was unreal. All unbelievably delicious and flavorful. The drinks were a must, and the big surprise was the to go dessert we took home, we were LITERALLY OMG at every bite. I regret not ask our server’s but if you go there and see this sweet lady with gray short hair and a bright smile, she is the one. She said that the desserts were backed by her and she gave us some biscuits to our little baby pug. Bobby C’s is a gem and it’s been a very long since the last time I felt motivated to write a review but they deserve 10 stars for every second we spent there.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible“
“Chris is a talented chef and a kind host. He was attentive to our unique tastes and was informative on the decisions for each dish. His description of the dishes and how they paired with sake made the experience memorable. The ingredients felt fresh and special. Absolutely worth a special evening.“
“This place was excellent! We came back again, visiting from AZ. Appetizers, Thai tea, soup, meal and even dessert were so good. Try cute family business, with exceptional quality food. The second time we came, I believe the 2 sons served us. They were very excited to be there. I wish I lived closer; I would be a regular.“
“If I'm disappointed in anything, it's that I didn't try Bono sooner. I live nearby and kept putting off trying it, but I'm so glad I did. Workers are very friendly and welcoming, and the food is incredible. They have some of the best pupusas I've ever had on the east coast, and all of their birria items are so delicious. Highly recommend!“
“So good that many restaurants in the Boston area resell their cookies without mentioning where they get them. There's sometime for everyone. Our biggest problem is deciding if we should get more of our favorites or sample their amazing variety. The staff is also very nice!“
“I came here for an anniversary dinner and it was an excellent choice. I had a vegan ravioli special which was great. The introductory bread and dip are also vegan and delicious. My partner had another ravioli that was a special and raved about it.“
“I ordered m&m cookies for my son's birthday. I thought they were expensive when I ordered (but competitive with other bakeries). However, after eating one of the enormous, not too sweet, not too salty cookies; I realized that these cookies were miles beyond their competitors. They were thick, full of mini m&ms, slightly crunchy at the edges, perfectly cooked: yum. It's more of an experience than a cookie. In conclusion, the items at Sweet Spot are worth every penny.“
“Very cool, medium-sized restaurant. Walls have beautiful fretwork with views of mountains and beautiful structures. They had parking on the back, but it was completely full, so we had to look for parking on the street. Tables and chairs were made out of wood that gave a unique atmosphere. We ordered a bunch of strartes, and all was very nice, but I remember Gerogian Khachapuri with eggs. It was very unusual and very tasty. After all appetizers such as humus, salads, chicken liver pate, and mushroom julienne, we ordered an assorted meat plate for $199 and shared it for 7 people. Everyone had enough food, and we even took some to go. Meat was prepared perfectly, especially kebabs. We all had a great time and great food. I recommend making reservations.“
“I've done take out from this place a few times now through a catering app for my job and this place never fails. Despite the large orders it gets, my food has always come on time and with great flavor. I'm not adventurous when it comes to sushi, rather I'm very basic. I have ordered the lunch combo with the crispy onion roll, crunchy shrimp roll, and shrimp dumplings and I've also tried the spicy shrimp tempura and edamame. My favorite has been the onion roll because of the crispy onions on top that provide so much flavor and the crunchy and fresh cucumber. The shrimp in my sushi has always been crispy and the rice is sticky, not hard. The only disappointment has been that the spicy shrimp tempura roll is not spicy but you can fix that with some sriracha. The edamame has a fresh taste.“
“A quick bite to energise ourselves. Short walking distance from U.S.S. Constitution Museum. We came in for a warm Latte and was lured by the signature sandwiches and pastries! Tuna Aioli, with chocolate and almond croissants! What a delicious lunchtime meal. Interior was warm, clean and spacious. Prices where very reasonable! Staff was friendly and quick!“
“We were lucky seated at the only available table on a Sunday afternoon. We weren't aware they only do brunch on Sundays, nonetheless the food was good. We had the gobi Manchurian which was cold as it was sitting at the kitchen for a while. The shakshula(shakshuka) was good and the lentil soup was good and served at the right temperature. The service was a 2/5 as the waiters took too long to take orders, bring food that was ready. The place was fully packed and the kitchen is doing a great job in keeping up with the rush. Would try again on a weekday for their regular menu“
“It is very busy at noon on weekdays, but there is no shortage of seats. It feels like everyone is enjoying their leisure time amidst the noise. The food is delicious, there is a gluten friendly menu, there is no vegan food (you can adjust it yourself without adding anything), and you can't just make egg white.“
“I was so excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant open up in Davis! The interior is so cute and cozy. Super welcoming and warm place to have a meal or sit with a coffee. Their matcha coconut coffee is yummy and unique - it’s been a repeat purchase for me. The chicken wings were also great - a good size with lots of meat and crispy. We got the crispy chicken noodle bowl and the lemongrass chicken noodle bowl with a fried egg roll. The meat was well seasoned, super flavorful. Having grown up eating Vietnamese food all my life, I was missing the traditional herbs like mint and basil that usually come with vermicelli bowls, but the meat was so flavorful it really carried the dish. I also prefer fish sauce that is more pungent and rich, and the one they have is definitely less concentrated. It lended what I thought was a lighter and more fresh take on a traditional Vietnamese vermicelli bowl. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant! But if I was recommending to people who are familiar with Vietnamese food, I’d probably also tell them it’s slightly different from what they might expect.“
“I did a Too Good To Go order at this bakery to try it out. This place gives you the value you paid for so I can see why the ratings are so high on tne app. Not just that, I enjoyed the pastries. Those peanut butter cookies were soft and chewy! Would I come back here without a tgtg order? Yes.“
“I can't possibly say enough amazing things about this bakery! We discovered it soon after moving to the neighborhood and always loved it: amazing pastries, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and always lovely service. But mostly I came to preach about their custom orders because this month, Danish Pastry House also starred in our wedding weekend twice - first we got a generous and extremely well-priced box of perfect, fresh, flaky pastries for our welcome brunch, and second we got FOUR different cakes for our reception for less than half the price of the cheapest "wedding cake" we looked at. For reference, we got 2 8-inch and 2 10-inch cakes and had many, many, many leftovers from our little 40-person reception, all for a little over $200. We called both orders in and picked them up in-store; super easy. The cakes were so, so good. We had an Othello (yum), a Sachertorte (yum), a Carrot Cake (I thought this would be the least thrilling, but it must have been delicious because it was the only cake that disappeared completely without me getting a bite), and a Passionfruit cake (I'm a chocolate person and wasn't overly excited about this one, but I think that it was probably the best cake I've ever had - it was SO light and tangy, creamy and moist and just absolutely addictive). I spent half the morning after my wedding eating leftover passionfruit cake with a spoon! There are photos of my niece refusing to take another step because she just wants to sit on the floor and finish her cake (pictured here, and I don't blame her)! I lost count of the number of guests who told me it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had! They were that good.I have yet to try anything from this bakery that isn't scrumptious, and I have been consistently happy about the quality and quantity you get for their prices, both in-store and custom orders.“
“My experience at this place with my father was great there was no wait time to be siting. The waitress was very friendly and was awesome taking our order. The food was amazing I had the steak tips and my father had the salmon bowl with a salad. The lemonade was delicious and my father love his Irish margarita I believe what it was.“
“Great building and a wonderful quaint restaurant is inside. Cozy seating in several small rooms. The menu includes seafood and pastas and more. My date started with the zucchini fritters and then had the fish and chips. I had the kale salad with salmon. My only complaint with my food was the hot salmon wilted the kale. I was just expecting a crisp salad. Not to worry though. Wine was a generous pour. Our waiter, Jeffrey was fantastic. Very attentive. There was live music playing starting at 6 PM which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Probably best to make a reservation as it's a small space.“
“YUMMY! I went on a Sunday at around 1:30/2pm and there was such a long wait. I probably waited in line for 20 min, then another 5 to get my order, so I wouldn't recommend if you are in a rush. But parking was easy enough. And when it was my turn to order, wow, I wanted to try everything in the pastry case! I ended up getting the earthquake cookies, a chocolate chip cookie, baklava, and a donut with some kind of chocolate frosting and a creamy filling. Wow, everything was amazing, especially the donut! Would love to come back for lunch sometime and try more of their menu items :) very interesting flavors and offers!“
“Visited the Saugus location for the first time in 5 years. They have a lot more gluten-free donuts flavors now, which is really great. I believe they make their gluten-free items in a separate facility, but they have a lot of gluten items out and about next to them. If you're worried about cross-contamination in-shop and during handling, it's definitely worth asking.I'm giving 4 stars because my pickup experience was a bit chaotic. It was a Monday morning (about 730am) and I ordered ahead. I arrived 10 minutes after my pickup time, and yet my order wasn't ready. Also, there seemed to only be one person working (supporting the long line of cars in the drive through) and it was 5-10 minutes before anyone came up front to help me and the others waiting in line. But staffing issues are everywhere and apparently Kane's is no different.I tried theGF Blueberry (8/10)GF Lemon Poppyseed (9/10)GF Cinnamon Sugar (8/10)GF Peppermint Patty (4/10)“
“I came here for breakfast on a Saturday with 2 other people around 10am or so, and we had a great breakfast. By the time we arrived the restaurant was already full, but we waited about 20-25 minutes and got a table. The service was great and the food came out impressively fast so we were very happy. The food was great and we all loved our meals.I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, someone else ordered an Omelette, and someone else ordered the Pumpkin Pancakes (seasonal option) with a side of bacon. Everything was great. We learned that the best bet is to call ahead for a table so you can skip the wait-list, so we will do that in the future. The Blue Moon Grill is a simple but awesome restaurant with great food and service. I'd like to try lunch here sometime too.“
