“Bayberry Cafe is packing up their Woburn bags and relocating to Cambridge. Their last day of service will be Mothers Day (May 14) 2023. Their new location will be called Ramen O Bowl and will be at: 1668 Massachusetts Ave Cambridge MA with an opening in the near future. “My first time at Bobby C’s and it was delightful. I’ve been living around the corner for a while but I never checked Bobby C’s before and I regret it so badly. The mussels in white wine and garlic sauce was something unexplainable, calamari perfectly fried to keep the tenderness, chicken parmigiana and the stuffed chicken breast was unreal. All unbelievably delicious and flavorful. The drinks were a must, and the big surprise was the to go dessert we took home, we were LITERALLY OMG at every bite. I regret not ask our server’s but if you go there and see this sweet lady with gray short hair and a bright smile, she is the one. She said that the desserts were backed by her and she gave us some biscuits to our little baby pug. “I came here for breakfast on a Saturday with 2 other people around 10am or so, and we had a great breakfast. By the time we arrived the restaurant was already full, but we waited about 20-25 minutes and got a table. The service was great and the food came out impressively fast so we were very happy. The food was great and we all loved our meals.I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, someone else ordered an Omelette, and someone else ordered the Pumpkin Pancakes (seasonal option) with a side of bacon. Everything was great.We learned that the best bet is to call ahead for a table so you can skip the wait-list, so we will do that in the future. The Blue Moon Grill is a simple but awesome restaurant with great food and service. I'd like to try lunch here sometime too.“
“I can't possibly say enough amazing things about this bakery! We discovered it soon after moving to the neighborhood and always loved it: amazing pastries, delicious breakfast sandwiches, and always lovely service.But mostly I came to preach about their custom orders because this month, Danish Pastry House also starred in our wedding weekend twice - first we got a generous and extremely well-priced box of perfect, fresh, flaky pastries for our welcome brunch, and second we got FOUR different cakes for our reception for less than half the price of the cheapest "wedding cake" we looked at. For reference, we got 2 8-inch and 2 10-inch cakes and had many, many, many leftovers from our little 40-person reception, all for a little over $200. We called both orders in and picked them up in-store; super easy.The cakes were so, so good. We had an Othello (yum), a Sachertorte (yum), a Carrot Cake (I thought this would be the least thrilling, but it must have been delicious because it was the only cake that disappeared completely without me getting a bite), and a Passionfruit cake (I'm a chocolate person and wasn't overly excited about this one, but I think that it was probably the best cake I've ever had - it was SO light and tangy, creamy and moist and just absolutely addictive). I spent half the morning after my wedding eating leftover passionfruit cake with a spoon! There are photos of my niece refusing to take another step because she just wants to sit on the floor and finish her cake (pictured here, and I don't blame her)! I lost count of the number of guests who told me it was the best wedding cake they'd ever had! They were that good.I have yet to try anything from this bakery that isn't scrumptious, and I have been consistently happy about the quality and quantity you get for their prices, both in-store and custom orders.“

“I recommend nothing after seeing how terribly they treated a customer this afternoon at the medford sq location. guy came in to pickup pre-ordered cake that was paid for. he was told they didn't have the cake. no apology, no offer deliver cake in the morning.....NOTHING. THE customer finally asked for the only 2 cakes left which were much smaller than cake ordered. he wanted happy birthday written on the cakes and was told it couldn't be done....not sure why. 30 minutes before closing time. the beaten down guy said...I'll take those 2 cakes in replace of the cake I ordered that you failed to make. I was literally floored when the kid behind counter said ...we can't just give you those cakes. you have to pay for them. this could have been handled so many ways better. and again, not one we are sorry. none of the stuff here is anything great...the guy should have went and got a cake at the grocery store. when businesses mistreat and disrespect their customers that's it for me. modern pastry is a small business....I've seen customers treated much better at wal.art and Costco. shame on modern pastry“

There is plenty of indoor seating, they have beer, the menu is huge, and the kitchen looked really clean last time I was there (last week). Always a plus I’d say. “Ok so first point is the food was awesome. Friendly staff, and good location. The price is good, a little less than typical for bbq. We had 3 meals which consisted of brisket, ribs and half chicken with the sides of Mac n cheese (which to me could use a little smoke flavor or cheese with a little more flavor. Could just be a personal preference. ) baked beans and Brussel sprouts.Overall fantastic meal for good price.They need a bigger seating area but for a new BBQ place in New England they are on their way to becoming well known for great food.
