Chipotle Mexican Grill in Waltham

“This is by far one of the best Chipotle outlets there is, which sounds too good to be true but it is true. The people are always so nice and accommodating. At other locations, I have the usual skimping of ingredients and workers barely looking at you. At this one, they greet you, make sure to meticulously add everything you want and don’t shy away when you ask for something “extra”. This deserved five stars after multiple happy experiences which I didn’t think was possible consecutively but here we are!“

“This location is my friend and I's all-time favorite location, but i will say, our last experience here had some inconsistencies to it. The portion was way under par and was something to truly complain about. Instead of the normal tin lips to the bowls, they were using aluminum foil because they ran out of the covers. i couldn't shake my bowl due to this. And finally, almost every time we come here, the food I get is cooked to perfection, but on this occasion, the chicken was extremely salty and was almost inedible. I am still proud to call this place my second home. I would just prefer that next time, these inconsistencies don't happen. Love you chipotle waltham!!“
