“My wife and I live close by and really love this place. Great food (including delicious daily specials), a very nice rotating selection of draft beers, and reasonably priced mocktails. The kitchen closes late, which is also a big plus. What we most love, however, is the atmosphere. The staff has always been very welcoming and nice to us. In fact, we had to evacuate our building quite late after a fire broke out a few weeks ago and they kindly offered to shelter us until we found somewhere to spend the night. No wonder why we keep coming back :)“

A beautiful café that feels so peaceful, considered and thoughtful in its every detail—the perfect place to sit with a friend, or take some time to just be alone and read a book. The co-owner Namwon has great energy. He was always really kind and welcoming to me and my boyfriend (we are from Australia, but Dado felt like a little slice of home). The food is really tasty (I could never go past their egg-salad sandwich; my partner loves the bibimbap wrap), and Dado, of course, has an amazing selection of teas. More than just feeding the body, all the meals felt like they were nourishing the soul. Just good honest cooking—maybe the rarest of things today. We’re about to leave Harvard this semester, and one of the great things we’ll miss is Dado.“

The thai food here was SO good and SO affordable! Portions were really generous.

Overall it was very fast and attentive upon seating. However, the wait to be seated took quite a long time despite being 3rd in line, and when it said that our table was ready online, we still had to wait another 15 minutes. Totally understandable though since it was a Saturday night, just reflecting on personal experience.

. Loud, upbeat, and vibey. Interior is very aesthetic and in a tighter space, but super fun and a great place to grab dinner and chat with friends.

“I bought the most delicious cranberry almond scone and ate it a day later. Somehow it was still soft in the middle, crunchy and crisp on the outside, and had just enough sweetness you’d want from a scone. The lemon rice chicken soup was amazing. The owner and staff are lovely. In the past I’ve pre-ordered a Buche de Noel for Christmas supper and not only was it festive and beautiful, it was a chocolatey, decadent, and divine treat. What a gem of a bakery!“

After inhaling more liquid than I could hold (I nearly leaked myself in front of a prospect!), i sprinted to tatte’s single person restroom. A smooth man came out just in time. As I put my hand out to open the door, he said “oh no, someone’s still in there”. I quivered and stomped my right foot for two minutes in confusion until a second man exited the same restroom (were they brothers? sure looked like it!). First I wondered what they were doing together in there. Then I said to myself “hey! don’t judge, some people need help in the bathroom.” He had a big smile on his face. So did I!“
