My son and I have went to Wendy’s 806 Main Street Waltham,MA twice in the last 4 months. Today was the 2nd time. We will never go back again. The service is terrible. Our burgers took 15 minutes then had to wait 10 minutes more for the fries. Our cashier rang us up gave us the total pointed to the credit card machine then walked off without completing our purchase. Let me preface this review by saying that this is not your run-of-the-mill, one-time, mean, scathing review based on one isolated experience that so many people post online out of spite. This review is based on my numerous experiences over the past 10+ years of being a regular customer at this Wendy's location and seeing absolutely no signs of improvement.
