“Went to lunch today and was impressed with the amazing customer service. The guy who took my order saved me $12 and then another worker, Miguel, went out of his way to be helpful to me as I was struggling with 3 cups and waiting for another customer to finish in the drinks station. Miguel got 3 lids and 3 straws for me and I didn't even need to ask for help! Later, he noticed I was carrying a couple of trays to the trash and once again he went out of his way to take the trays and put my leftovers in a container. He was very sweet and both interactions with Miguel put a big smile on my face. I'm always pleased to see others who enjoy their time at work and make customers feel good. My fiance and I both thanked Miguel and let him know that we appreciated his kindness. Hope Panera can give him some recognition as well :)“

Creamy Tum Yum Noodle Soup: The Tum Yum soup broth was exactly authentic. It provided a strong taste of both tangy and spicy, exciting my taste buds and increasing my appetite. As for the ingredients, shrimps were fresh and bouncy, char-siu slices were crunchy but not greasy, while the lime added extra zing to the soup.
But to be frank, unfortunately I could still taste the gamey smell from the refrigerated pork, even though it had been that heavily seasoned.“

“As someone who has Celiac Disease, I greatly struggle with finding good and safe places to eat.
Let me just start by saying, the staff here is beyond knowledgeable about their food, the ingredients, and with food allergies. I felt safe and secure eating there with my partner and some friends (two of whom are also Celiac). I ordered a caprese melt on gluten free bread with tater tots and chipotle mayo and immediately they were able to advise me that the mayo and the tots were NOT gluten free. They were able to offer suggestions, such as their chowder soup or their pre-bagged and sealed chips.
They were also amazing in asking if I had celiac or just a preference. They changed all of their gloves and utensils and prepared my food away from my partner’s food which contained gluten.

Honestly such an amazing place to eat. My partner and I have been saying how this very well just may become our favorite place to get dinner out!“

The solo waitress was a beast… she did a fantastic job. The seating situation is far from ideal, but I love that they are working with what they got in the best way. Definitely a comfort type restaurant.

We ordered shrimp dumplings - Crispy Shumai (see photo) - excellent.
Chicken Tatsuta- original (photo) - cooked perfectly, moist.
And Yaki Don (photo) - great meat /rice ratio!

“I usually like the food here but the service is usually terrible. I think if they improved their service, the restaurant would be somewhere I’d like to return to. This was my third or fourth time but this last experience made me not want to come back. 😔

The food taste/quality also wasn’t as good as I hoped. Mandoo ttuk guk didn’t have enough mandoo and too much ttuk - they should also bring a burner so the guk stays hot.

I think the waitress got mad bc I asked her to switch out a combo item for bulgogi which cost less than galbi - I was confused about why they wouldn’t want to do that.“

“The customer service was very good. My shrimp tempura roll was fresh and delicious. So good that I didn’t even take a picture of it. My phone was at 1% and they let me charge my phone while I waited. I saw a homeless person approach the counter with only $5. They gave him a meal that was definitely more than $5.“

“I don't go to bars much these days but came here for a live music event, the Nirvana tribute band and this place is awesome. The place LOOKS amazing, they had sports playing on a bunch of tvs the food was PHENOMENAL, you order and they text you when it's ready that was pretty wild to me, and the best part of all the amazing staff that was so friendly to me and my family members. Would highly recommend, the concert was AWESOME and would definitely come here again. Really memorable night. THANK YOU“

“This is a place near our Boston office. When I’m there I try to find new places to try and this one didn’t let me down.

The panini was killer. I had the grilled chicken and it was great. Everything seemed fresh including the bread which maybe is made there? 5/5

They also have Richardson ice cream and I’m always down for that.

It’s a small place so don’t go to sit and eat. But the staff is friendly. Good selection. 5/5“

The marinated sweet pork was also delicious, if you want to try all three get the R1. We also tried the pork belly but it wasn’t as good as the other meats. Everything was tasty and they portions are hefty. My gf and I had three meals out of 2 plates and only spent 30 bucks. One of my favorite things to make with the leftovers was fried rice with the pork and chicken.“

Food was exceptionally authentic and tasty. They reminded me of the typical Taiwanese wedding banquet food. Service was quick and efficient. Ambience was lively, noisy and joyful. My entire family of 11 adults enjoyed the meal very much.“

My only issue is the prices are too high for what you get in size and quantity of food, otherwise a great place for a meal or fancy coffee & a relatively quiet place to sit and relax, highly recommended!“

“Such a beautiful little restaurant!
Our first time in; We dined in on a Wednesday and was instantly greeted and sat to a table with a menu. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and feels like I’m going to a family’s house for a wholesome home cooked meal. (And a great music playlist might I add)
We ordered quite a bit, thai rolls, chicken pho, lomein, pork fried rice! Everything came out quickly while still being hot, rich in flavor and overall better than most if not all similar restaurants in the Boston area.
If you’re in a debate, definitely check this place out! Will be back again and thank you to the staff and chef!🍜“

Only one person was there cleaning up looked like they were ready to go. I told them they forgot my chicken teriyaki. He said I never ordered. But I did because my order never changes. He took the initiative to make it for me, not only that he gave me some house rice with it..“
