I saw his interaction with the family before me and he was genuinely the same friendly and kind with me as well! You go in for a meal and leave lighter and happier after talking to him. “We got take out and a lot of it. Everything was great. I was happy to get New England Chinese food as it just isn’t the same in Florida. I didn’t pick it up so I don’t know how the service was; although the family buys here all the time. We ate at home.“

“this place is such a cute, amazing spot hidden behind a parking lot. Absolutely loved the food, came back for more. This will be my sushi/poke bowl take out spot from now on. The gentleman in the register is so sweet and made great suggestions. Such a nice atmosphere. Food taste so fresh, and yummy.

“We went for dinner at 10 pm after an 8 pm witch tour!! Was outstanding !! Food was delicious, our waitress Andrea was so kind and hospitable, she didn’t rush us and was very attentive ! Honestly the best hibachi I’ve had! DELICIOUS“

“Classic Panera with great quality food when compared to other Paneras in the Northshore area. We decided to try this Panera in Lynnfield after running some errands and we were impressed with the quality of both the service and the food. Our order tasted fresh and the people that work at this Panera were really friendly.“

“Paula, manager, at Dodge Street location is the BEST! After a failed delivery, Paula took steps to ensure I got the redelivery. She also included an unexpected treat in my order. The courteous, empathetic and extra effort is so rare these days. She made my day and hopes alot brighter this morning. ❤“

“Food was excellent and our server was wonderful!! What wasn’t wonderful was the hostess. This chick with green bangs and a know it all attitude was so rude and disrespectful to my mother when she put together a group of 13 of us to all go out to send off my nephew for deployment. She was unhelpful and we waited over two hours for a table. We totally get it’s a huge party so we get we would have to wait but the side comments and being rude is absurd. Then we took a picture on the way out and she was making comments to her host friend who took the picture. Do better hiring people with good people skills.“
