“To Chloe F . Thank you for being the sweetest young lady to me today. My great gram used to give us Andes mints before we could leave her home before she passed , it was a family tradition. Ive been to other olive gardens that so often forego the service at the end of the meal . You didnt forget that and even gave us breadsticks to go and a to go for the salad and most importantlythe mints . I didnt expect to start crying but the tradition of the mints hit me hard and no other olive garden remembers that. It made me feel like I had family back for a moment and I was so overwhelmed I couldn't help but cry . Its funny how the small things mean so much but to me that was one way I could remember my family and it was like being given the gift of that love once again . Thank you for your grace and the hug , I should've tipped more than I already had but it occured after that . “Recently I have been trying a bunch of local American Chinese Restaurants trying to chase a high. A few months ago, my friend moved to Manchester, NH and he told me that on his first night he ordered from a random place and thought it was the best Chinese food he had ever eaten. When I visited, I insisted that we order takeout so that I could experience this apparent masterpiece.

Sesame Chicken ; this is hands down the best dish I have ever tried in the Gao/Tso/Sesame/Orange chicken canon. There was just enough sauce for every piece to be fully glazed without leaving a giant pool underneath the pile. Every chicken had a thin batter on it, meaning every bite was mostly the good stuff - the meat! And that CRISP. I didn't know it was possible for this dish to be crispy. And this was TAKEOUT. It was already steaming in its container before it got to us. When I devoured my container I was shocked to discover that I didn't feel bad either. That portion was perfect. I felt perfect.

I need to go back to Manchester. I've found my religion.“

“Best restaurant in New Hampshire!!!!! I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 10 years now. I come because of the tasty, quality food that fills up my stomach. My favorites are the chicken and pork dishes, but Mint Cafe has great vegetarian options as well. The people are kind-hearted. When I wanted to order 3 dishes separately, the owner Peter told me I could get all 3 with the combo - which would save me money. He didn’t have to but he is an honest local business owner. I ordered a combo and left a big tip.“

“This place has some extremely flavorful Pho and their version is very rich in depth and flavor. They offer a Chicken based Pho, and also a Veggie based Pho. Highly recommend this place. No frills dining, small, quiet and family owned. I was very surprised that the place wasn't packed with people. It was perfect for a rainy day. Support this business, you won't be disappointed.“
