“I don't know how this place was hidden from me. I live right here in Maynard. Staff is always friendly and the food is great. My son goes there almost every night after the gym. He loves that he can conveniently get his post workout smoothie without any effort. Staff is great.He even grabs the straws for me. Above and beyond“

“Really fast service. I ordered a peach cream matcha and it was really good. A lot of variety in drinks, a lot more than Gongcha's, and I personally prefer these flavors as well. The boba itself was really good, consistently sweet and chewy. Goncha and Kung Fu Tea are similarly priced, so it's up to you on which flavor or boba floats your boat, however I would choose Kung Fu Tea over Gongcha any day.“

“Think “local version of Chipotle” when it comes to the setup. When it comes to the food, it is much better. Flavors were really good. Portions were on par. If hungry, double the meat. Substitutions/modifications were accommodated. People were very friendly. Bring more business to this place. Eat there or take home. It’s all good.“

“A Sweet Surprise Along the Way

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

Was just traveling through Salem on vacation in September & glad I found this place. Highly recommend. “I have been going to Bagels Best since I was a kid with my grandfather every morning after I slept over. They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! “Excellent drinks, I got the caramel macchiato and my daughter got the mango matcha cream. She said it was the best matcha drink she has ever had. We will definitely be back! It will be our new go-to place after she has her appointments at Boston Children's.“

“They try really hard to make sure you are happy with your order. The coffee has that refined, pleasant, Colombian character to it. It is always well roasted and ground, I have never had an “off” cup here. The little treats they sell are delectable.“
