“Stopped there again after a long & horrible work week...However my wife & I"s fav Dunkins worker Kay(our nickname for her) makes our lives so much better!!!
You know it really does make a huge difference when the person that's making your order and food is always positive or has a positive perspective on everything! We often go out of our way on the night she is working to go to this Duncan's en you need to vent for 30 seconds ?
Parking: It is in a great spot on the corner of Thompson and Lake Street and Webster but there really is only about three regular parking spots to the store with one handicap. Across the parking lot there's about three or four spots but who wants to walk across an entire parking lot? Definitely has to do with the store itself and nothing with Duncan's that's why they have a drive-thru ✌?“

“Went thru the Oxford DD on Sutton Ave as i frequently do. On 5/20/2024, I noticed very polarizing political stickers on the drive thru window. DD needs to take these off, or they may get "Bud Lighted" No stickers should be on their building on any kind, especially divisive political ones.“

We all know all Dunkin’s taste different, but almost every time I get my coffee here it taste just right :) not to mention the friendly staff on all day parts. I appreciate the consistency in my delicious coffee!“

“I found it by accident. I stopped in to get a coffee. OMG it was great. The coffee was fresh, hot and just a robust flavor. The donuts were fresh and homemade, not the mass produced flavor of others. The donuts are a good size. i need to return. I highly recommend it.“

“This Dunks is located in the xtra mart on 146 northbound. The staff are nice, and service is fast. Dunkins is one of the more consistent chains with the only exceptions being poor staff at some locations. Gold selection in the xtra mart, and nice clean bathrooms.“

“Went to go get a ice coffee and ms Norma was so sweet and understanding. They ran out of small ice cups and that is what I wanted. Needless to say this woman fix the problem quick and I still got my small ice coffee. She did not let that problem stop her flow at work. She thought quick and sprint into action. Costumer which is me was SATISFIED. U NEED PEOPLE LIKE THIS .THANK U NORMA.“
