“Best people and best food around! Love them for breakfast AND lunch. Always the friendliest guys in there. Counter service style deli. Portions are HUGE, so come hungry. One of our party ordered the Animal burger and this thing was a BEAST. Felt like I was watching a real life version of Man vs. Food. Greek salad also rocked.“

“My opinion is 9.6/10. Came here because of man vs food did the 2 lbs burger. This place till this day has the juiciest burger meat I ever had was literally dripping down my arm, but not only juicy flavorful and highly enjoyable. “Best in the world I live for it. After working all week I take myself there and their chicken salad is the best in the world. The potato salad is scrumptious the people that work there are the best. They take good care of you and care about their customers they make it so pleasant going in there. it’s the yummiest most delicious chicken salad and potato salad I have ever had and I’m from a family of good cooks. Make no mistake. It’s the BEST! If when I’m out I make D and G part of my day. I would also like to say that my car didn’t start and the owner eagerly came from around the corner to help me. “I tried this place yesterday for the first time and I am so impressed! So far I’ve had the tabbouleh, the Israeli salad, baked fish with veggies, challah and chocolate babka and they were all so, go good! I still have frozen soups and a mushroom pot pie to try and can’t wait to eat my way through them this week for lunch. The fish was so good I can hardly believe it was frozen. My daughter kept asking for bites so I will be sure to buy multiple next time. I’ve been meaning to try this place and wish I’d gotten here sooner. They are gluten and dairy free and mostly meat free as well. A lot of their ingredients are organic and they use quality oil. They were telling me while I was there that they grind some of their flours in house. You can taste the quality! It’s so nice to have a safe, healthy and DELICIOUS option for take out! This place is worth the trip and I will absolutely be back. 😊“

“today I ordered 20 pizzas and 4 calzones for delivery 20 minutes away. Order came in hot and on time. I organize events all the time and was very impressed that I got a text when delivery was on it's way and a text when arrived! Also every item had a label identifying food. “Wow! I ordered a few things from The Real Deal in JP Yesterday. EVERYTHING I ordered was Absolutely Delicious! The Patty Melt was one of the best things I have ever tasted! “I live outside of Boston now. I've been going there since I was a kid(19) now I'm 45; if I'm able to get there, I'm going to EDP. The pizza is incredible. I can't find anything to Providence that can do what EDP can do for pizza. What ever you order get extra cheese if you want that slice feel.“

“Parking: Great place to grab a healthy meal to go or to enjoy while you do some people watching on Centre Street. My favorite is the Thanksgiving Day Sub, delicious every time. They have all the things you would expect at a convenience store with lots of Irish specials food too. There is a guy named Ahmad there, and he is incredibly kind. Stop in, grab a snack and tell him Alice said hello.“
“Great deli sandwiches. Well run store. The owner obviously has high standards and it shows. Special shout out to Orlando. He is friendly and professional, and he makes a fantastic chicken salad sandwich. He is one of the primary reasons I get my lunch there so often. Overall A+.“
