“I am Thai and I highly recommend trying the Yum Salmon if you enjoy seafood with explosive flavor sauce/dressing instead of plain wasabi, and don’t miss out on the papaya salad for a wonderful balance of flavors. Pair it all with the pandan leaf drink for a complete experience!“

“I stopped in here while traveling. Wow, I happened upon a great spot! The place was packed when I walked in around 6pm. People were frequently in and out grabbing to go orders. I knew I must be at a good restaurant and boy was I right! I sat at the bar that was well stocked, unfortunately I couldn't drink this night. I ordered green chicken curry and went to the bathroom, by the time I got back it was sitting on the bar already. I couldn't believe how fast they were. The food was great and staff was friendly. Most restaurants could learn from these folks.“

“I've not had Thai food much but decided to try Eggs and Thai with my family. It was the most delicious food I've ever had. The flavors were amazing. The variety on the menu was great too. Service was the best! I highly recommend anyone try Eggs and Thai, not just the best Thai food but also the best food!“

The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were HUGE. I am picky about my pad thai and was favorably impressed by Thai Moon's. Hope my family and I can go here once restaurants open their doors again.“

“Thai Thani is hands down the best local Thai restaurant in the Norwood area. I've tried other Thai restaurants close by, and Thai Thani is the definitely the best! Their portion sizes are extremely generous and the food is always hot and fresh. The lunch specials are great and anytime I've gotten dinner from there, I always have plenty of leftovers for the next day. The owners are great and are fantastic chefs! My go to is the Tofu Massaman Curry, but their Pad Thai is amazing too! I would highly recommend Thai Thani to anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine. You will not be disappointed!“

“Decent food with good portion sizes. though pricey!
The Japanese dishes are pricey.
The place gets packed at night especially the weekends. Inside is a bit too tight with not enough room to move at times. It’s relatively too small.
Either remove tables & chairs or get another place. It does get noisy when there’s lot of people considering how packed it gets at times.
Service was acceptable though it needs more staffers.
Difficult to find street parking.
Clean shared bathrooms.“

“Somtum is my family's favorite place for takeout when we want to treat ourselves. My husband and I went to Thailand on our honeymoon, and every time we order from here, it takes us back. He's a regular with green curry or drunken noodles. I love the Tom Kha coconut soup and the Larb salad. My kids don't like spice but they love the crispy pad thai. Don't sleep on the Thai iced tea- it should come with a warning label, because it's addictive.“

The tom yum was flavorful with a kick, it's on the sweet side which I like. The curry with the duck is very tasty. No fancy decoration or table setting. Nice staff and good tasting Thai food, no BS! 👍“

The space is warm and well designed, living up to the energy the name suggests. The food and service, however, both land in average territory — the dishes are pleasant but could use more of the boldness and depth the name promises, and the service could be more attentive and consistent. With stronger execution in the kitchen and front-of-house, this place has real potential to be a standout.“

“Such a beautiful little restaurant!
Our first time in; We dined in on a Wednesday and was instantly greeted and sat to a table with a menu. The atmosphere here is very welcoming and feels like I’m going to a family’s house for a wholesome home cooked meal. (And a great music playlist might I add)
We ordered quite a bit, thai rolls, chicken pho, lomein, pork fried rice! Everything came out quickly while still being hot, rich in flavor and overall better than most if not all similar restaurants in the Boston area.
If you’re in a debate, definitely check this place out! Will be back again and thank you to the staff and chef!🍜“

“So I noticed that Newton has a restaurant called Coconut Cafe, and I thought it would be funny to get a picture of a Lime Bike inside the front door, because “you put the Lime in the Coconut” and all that, so I went over there today, and the place turns out to be pretty nice and I was already feeling like this wouldn’t be a particularly polite (or funny) joke, but anyway the closest Lime Bike I could find was about a block away, and when I tried picking it up to bring it over to Coconut Cafe to maybe get a “put the lime *by* the coconut” photo instead, the bike started talking to me, saying “PLEASE PAY ME A DOLLAR AND YOU CAN RIDE ME! PLEASE PUT ME DOWN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! THIS IS YOUR SECOND WARNING, I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE.” and I decided that this stupid joke wasn’t worth getting arrested for and at that point I was too annoyed to pay the dollar to unlock the bike to ride it a grand total of about 30 feet for a joke photo that the owner of the shop would justifiably get mad at me for anyway, so I left the bike there and just had lunch instead (Bangkok-style veggie pad thai, they told me it would take 15 minutes but then it was ready in about 1.5 minutes, so that was nice) and it was delicious. “Beautiful dining room. I ordered take out this evening using the Toast App. I mistakenly added a $500 tip instead of a $5 tip because the order went through too fast. I called and explained what happened. The manager called me right back and assured me that he would fix it before closing out. He was so kind, even though they were busy. The food was excellent and the waitress was so kind in packing one dish separately due to a peanut allergy. We will definitely be frequent flyers here.“

“Tiny hole in the wall. They primarily do takeout. There are two tables that seat a total of 6 and four chairs for people waiting for their order. The food was pretty good and came quickly. There is NO air conditioning.

Parking: On street parking, but it's free. It's on a heavily travelled street, so you may have a hard time finding a spot.“
