Fresh Halibut Steak on the grill... Yummy!
😋My buddy Lou and I used to stop here multiple times, for many years, during our annual Wellfleet vacation, for fresh seafood without equal, and smoked fish varieties you seldom see anywhere else. Too bad they close the week before we get there now, since we had to shift our vacation rentals out a week, but I will surely miss going there. We will arrive on Sunday, September 15, and I think Hatch's is closed by then.
