“All the ladies on that crew went above to exceed with making my order. They informed me as they did with other customers that the grill isn’t working today so any grilled options won’t be available. I asked for a Chicken teriyaki rice bowl.

Even with the limitations of the grill being out of commission, they told me how they can still accommodate my order and how they’d make it if it was ok with me. Once my order was ready; they were very apologetic about the grill not working and they hope what they made is good and said they hope I come back again.

Needless to say; I most definitely will be coming again; not just for the food but also for their genuine good customer service. My meal was absolutely delicious not only to my tastebuds but visually delicious as well.“

“Great sandwiches and the two guys working the register and making the food make you feel welcome. I like how the guy behind the counter gets the next person in line started before they order. Very efficient and service oriented. The food is great. The roast beef is very flavorful and they have enough toppings you can get it pretty much anyway you want. Get the onion rings too. My kids were talking about this place a week later and mentioned the grape polar soda. So get that too.“

“The BEST Subway on Cape Cod!I have probably been to all of the Subways on the Cape and this one is by far the best! Continually provides exceptional service, food is fresh and prepared as requested (even when ordered for pick up!) Clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

“We wanted Subway sandwiches, and had a hard time finding a Subway that was open in Hyannis. The Mall location is permanently closed. The Subway we finally found and enjoyed was located in a strip shopping center (Airport Shopping Plaza?) by an old Kmart (425 Iyannough Unit #4? 508.778.2555), so there was adequate free parking. The employee was knowledgeable, efficient and nice. The store appeared clean, with Covid precautions in place. Our sandwiches were well-made and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this Subway location. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to add a new listing with the correct address to Trip Advisor.“

“Me and my boyfriend ate here on our day trip to the Cape, My boyfriend was very hungry and wanted an Italian sandwich. I found this place that had great reviews. However he was disappointed at the size of the sandwich especially for the price. I thought the restaurant name was referring to the shop being little not the sandwiches. He did say it was a very good sandwich had it been larger.“

“I ordered kids menu today, the service is great! The food is much better than most of the fast food, the food is hot enough to bring home to my daughter, the fries are fresh, the oil on the fries is very clean and fresh, taste so good. The nuggets are wonderful with the sauce!“

“This place is run very well. The staff is always attentive and quick in making your food. It definitely gets busy in there... but they handle the rush well. The manager is also a powerhouse. He's always aware when his staff needs help and will jump on the line wherever he is needed or is constantly stocking things behind his staff to keep them supplied and the line moving.
